Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Ivan Kharkov (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Kane Razmig (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Kharkov comes to the cage accompanied by From Sun's Angle. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 2 - 2 - 0, fighting out of New York, Ivan Kharkov!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 4 - 3 - 0, fighting out of New York, Kane Razmig!
The judges for this bout are Alyssa Summers, Lou da Vinci and Russell Pearce.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Razmig fakes with a right hand and throws a good leg kick, right into the thigh. That had to hurt Kharkov.
Razmig bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes.
Kharkov lands with a cross.

We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.
Razmig stops Kharkov from taking his back. Still, being mounted isn't any better.
Razmig is squirming around, avoiding Kharkov's attempts to control the action.
Razmig is looking to improve his position but Kharkov isn't that keen on the idea.

Kharkov is looking to secure an arm. He's managed it! He's pivoting for an armbar - that looks tight! But Razmig has managed to get out of it and now he's in a dominant position. Nice work from Razmig!

Razmig is just sitting in guard, looking to avoid any submissions.

Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.

Kharkov looking for submissions from the bottom but instead Razmig passes into half guard.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace.
The crowd thankful this round is nearly over.

Despite being in the dominant position, Kane Razmig just isn't active enough and the referee decides to stand the fighters back up.
Razmig throws a right hand that Kharkov ducks under and follows up with a left that Kharkov also avoids with ease.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Kane Razmig is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things.

The fighters circle momentarily. Razmig darts into range and connects with a nice straight punch.
Razmig is looking to chop away at Kharkov's legs.
Kane Razmig seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Kharkov throws an overhand right that lands on Razmig's shoulder, as Razmig tries to avoid the shot.

Razmig tries to move into range but Kharkov moves to the side and lands with a nice right hand.

Razmig throws a leg kick which misses Kharkov's front leg but catches the back leg as Kharkov tries to avoid it.

Kane Razmig is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Kharkov.

Razmig dances in quickly and lands a nice inside leg kick on Kharkov. That did some damage!

Razmig throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.

Kharkov shoots for a double leg takedown but Razmig sprawls well. He's pushed Kharkov's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.

Kane Razmig showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.
The minute break is over - no more time for sponges and pep talks - back to the action! This is the final round!

Kane Razmig is fighting for a decision here - he's started to take the cautious approach.

It looks like Razmig is going to stand back up.
Razmig perhaps working for something from half guard, or maybe not. It looks like he's just sitting there.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.

Razmig wants to work for an arm triangle but Kharkov is really keeping half guard well and defending the submission attempt.

And that's the end of the fight!
I would just about give that final round to Kane Razmig.
Well Razmig has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
