Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Glenn LK (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ray Otasakitatialama (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
LK shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it.
LK takes a punch to the jaw and another one to the bread basket.
Otasakitatialama misses with the combination.
Otasakitatialama scores with a punch to the gut of his opponent.
LK fakes an overhand right and shoots for a takedown. Otasakitatialama sprawls well initially but LK persists and gets the takedown into half guard.
LK wants to pass the guard but Otasakitatialama is defending well.
LK is trying to work for a kimura. He's got his hands clasped together - this could be trouble! No, Otasakitatialama has managed to free his arm - good work.
LK is looking to take a break and control but Otasakitatialama is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.
LK looking for a kimura but he'll have to free his other leg if he wants to finish that. Perhaps he's just using it as a distraction technique.
LK moves nicely into side control.
LK tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no LK has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought!

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
LK cracks Otasakitatialama with a big right hand but Otasakitatialama just smiles back at him and invites him to have another go.
Otasakitatialama tries to escape but LK is in control.
LK tries to move into full mount but can't pass Otasakitatialama's legs.
LK is looking for a kimura. He might have it! No, Otasakitatialama has escaped the position, nice work there.
LK is breathing heavily.
LK is trying to land an Americana. He has the arm isolated but Otasakitatialama is keeping cool and he's avoided the danger for now.

Otasakitatialama is looking to work his way out of this bad position but LK is controlling him well.

LK remains in side control and seems content to stay there. It's a versatile position from which he can work both strikes and submissions, whilst maintaining that control, so maybe he'll sit here for a while.
LK tries for a kimura. Not really close to a finish though.
Otasakitatialama is pushing LK's head away, looking to escape. LK manages to hold on to the position though.
LK working hard here to secure a kimura but he's not really in the right position for it.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for leaving it all in the cage!

LK lands a knee to the body and follows it up with some ground and pound to the head. That will wear Otasakitatialama down.
Otasakitatialama is still in real trouble! Can LK finish him?

LK has an Americana. Otasakitatialama didn't react quickly enough there and he's in big trouble now! He tries to squirm out but is forced to tap! LK is delighted and gyrates infront of the ring girls. They seem to like the attention - it'll be interesting to see if LK hooks up with any of them at the after show party.
