Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Lenox Kwork (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Tj Wilson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Lenox Kwork has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of New York, Lenox Kwork! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of New York, Tj Wilson! The judges for this bout are Joseph Jones, Chad Campbell and Dean Styles.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Wilson tries to close the distance and clinch but Kwork swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away. Wilson changes levels and scores with a jab to the body. Wilson fails with the takedown. Kwork closes the distance and scores a nice trip takedown into half guard. Wilson did well to prevent Kwork getting side control. Kwork performing his best blanket impression for a moment. Kwork looking for a kimura but he'll have to free his other leg if he wants to finish that. Perhaps he's just using it as a distraction technique.

That's one minute gone in the round. Wilson wants to get back to full guard but Kwork has passed into side control. Kwork moves to the back. Wilson defends a rear naked choke attempt by controlling one of Kwork's arms. Wilson looks gassed! Will Kwork go for the finish here or will he try and keep control of the position?
Kwork just keeping the dominant position. He can't wait too long though, otherwise the referee will stand them back up.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Kwork tightening his grip on Wilson, looking for the choke. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Kwork has his opponent's back and is working for the choke. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Wilson wants to escape the position.
Wilson really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Kwork. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out. Wilson rolls and manages to get back to half guard. Nicely done.

That's three minutes gone in the round. Kwork is thinking about going for an arm triangle but he can't free his leg.
Kwork passes the guard and advances to mount! Kwork moves to take his opponent's back. Kwork is cranking Wilson's head sideways - that looks painful. He's managed to get his other arm under the chin and this looks bad for Wilson! He's tightened the choke and Wilson is tapping out!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:05 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (RNC). Lenox Kwork!
