Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Vance Kincaid (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Eddie McQueen (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). McQueen has chosen Limp BizkiT - Rollin' as his entrance music. Both these guys have really solid chins. Will we see a standup war or will they both decide that a knockout is unlikely and try to win the fight elsewhere?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 6 - 5 - 1, fighting out of Los Angeles, Vance Kincaid!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 6 - 5 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Eddie McQueen!
The judges for this bout are Jack Bonds, Timothy Bukovac and Frank Antenori.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
McQueen throws a right and a left that both miss.
McQueen throws a leg kick but Kincaid moved away.
Kincaid moves out of range as McQueen strikes.

Kincaid drives through with a really nice takedown into side control.
Kincaid wants to stand but McQueen has his arm trapped.

Kincaid stands up and beckons McQueen to his feet.

That's one minute gone in the round.
McQueen tries to work over Kincaid's front leg with a kick but Kincaid checks it.
Kincaid is looking to clinch.

McQueen shoots in and scores a nice double leg takedown into half guard.
McQueen trying to control the action but Kincaid is working from the bottom.
McQueen not landing any meaningful shots this time.
McQueen throwing shots but Kincaid is blocking nicely.

Still in half guard, McQueen seems content to control.
McQueen throwing punches and elbows but they're not doing any damage.
McQueen winds up and cracks Kincaid with a swinging punch to the side of the head.

McQueen is trying to work for a kimura. This could be trouble! No, Kincaid has managed to free his arm - good work.
McQueen stalling.
McQueen looks to land a strike but Kincaid avoids it nicely and regains full guard.

That's three minutes gone in the round.
Kincaid wants to stand up but McQueen is controlling him.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
McQueen throws a strike but Kincaid rolls with it and manages to sweep. Now he's in guard on top.

McQueen has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Kincaid can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.

That's four minutes gone in the round.
A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace.
McQueen looking to sweep here. No luck so far.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

A close round but Eddie McQueen will probably get the nod.
That's the end of the round. The referee orders the cornermen out of the cage so we can get back down to business.


McQueen tries to land a leg kick but Kincaid saw it coming and moves away.
McQueen bobs and weaves and throws out a fast jab that snaps Kincaid's head backwards.

McQueen closes the distance and looks for a trip takedown... aaaand he's got it - McQueen lands in his opponent's guard.
McQueen postures up to throw the ground and pound strikes but they don't connect.
McQueen is frustrating his opponent with some stalling tactics from top position.
McQueen throwing strikes but missing.
McQueen throws and elbow that misses. Kincaid uses the momentum to reverse the position. He's now in McQueen's guard. Nice move by Kincaid!

McQueen is looking for a triangle but Kincaid pushes his legs off easily.

Kincaid would like to get this fight back to the feet but can't get free from the closed guard.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

McQueen wants to sweep but no luck.

That's four minutes gone in the round.
Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.
McQueen pulls Kincaid in close to his closed guard and prevents Kincaid from doing any damage or advancing position.
McQueen is trying to keep Kincaid in close.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Eddie McQueen showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.
The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action. This is the final round!



McQueen moves into range and clinches up with Kincaid.
Kincaid using the Thai plumb to throw knees but McQueen has his back arched nicely, preventing the strike.
Kincaid is trying to break the clinch but McQueen is controlling him.

McQueen escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
McQueen shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Kincaid defends it nicely.
McQueen shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Kincaid as he jumps to the side.
McQueen scores with a nice head shot.
McQueen shoots in but no luck this time.
Vance Kincaid has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Eddie McQueen.
Kincaid fails to land the takedown.
Kincaid ducks under a wild hook from McQueen.
McQueen misses with a series of wild punches.
McQueen lands an overhand right.
McQueen throws an overhand right that lands on Kincaid's shoulder, as Kincaid tries to avoid the shot.

McQueen connects with a looping left hand that seems like it dazed Kincaid momentarily.
McQueen tries to clinch there but Kincaid circles away.
Kincaid fails in his attempt to clinch.
McQueen closes the distance looking to clinch
and Kincaid counters with a two punch combo.
Both fighters are breathing heavily.

McQueen darts in and lands a nice takedown into half guard.
McQueen is scoring with some nice ground and pound from the dominant position.
McQueen keeping composed on the top, looking to control the action.
The referee walks around the fighters to get a better view of the action. McQueen lands a nice short elbow.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
McQueen thows a wild elbow that connects with the canvas.
McQueen throwing shots but they're hitting the canvas more than the man.
McQueen takes a deep breath and rests his weight momentarily on top of his opponent, to control the position.
McQueen not throwing his punches with enough precision this time.
McQueen moves into full mount! Kincaid won't be happy about that!

McQueen working to secure an arm triangle but it's not happening for him just yet.
McQueen controlling the position easily from mount.
Kincaid taking shots to the head.

McQueen tucks in and makes sure he doesn't lose the dominant position.
McQueen raining down shots from the mount!

McQueen looking for a guillotine from mount but Kincaid is having none of it.
Kincaid is looking to get back to his feet - it's going to be hard from this position.

McQueen lands a heavy elbow.
McQueen unloading with bombs!

Eddie McQueen has got the better of the ground game so far.
McQueen breaks from Kincaid's wrist control and lands an elbow.
McQueen looking to control and managing it successfully.
McQueen lands with some vicious ground and pound - can Kincaid hang on?
The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end.

Eddie McQueen comfortably won the final round on my scorecard.
Well McQueen has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
