Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Wiley Abu (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Money Montell (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Money Montell told me before the fight that he's been watching a lot of DVDs so let's see if that helps him in this one! I can't wait to find out!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Abu slips a jab and a cross from Montell.
Montell swings away with a leg kick that misses.
Montell slips a jab from Abu.
A left lands for Montell.
Abu darts in and lands a nice takedown into half guard.
Abu stalling away here and it's allowed Montell to slip out his trapped foot and regain full guard.
Montell wants to sweep but no luck.
Abu stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Montell swivels though and keeps the full guard.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Abu trying to control the position from guard on top but Montell is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
Abu slips effortlessly into side control - very nice.
Abu tries to move to mount but Montell blocks the move with his legs.
Montell wants to control but Abu postures up.
Abu tries for a kimura. Not really close to a finish though.
Abu throws a strike aimed at the side of Montell's head but Montell avoids it well.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.
Abu trying to control the position but Montell is working away.
Abu working hard here to secure a kimura but he's not really in the right position for it.
Abu is looking to finish here, going for an Americana. Montell knows the correct defense though, so he's OK.

Abu is trying to get an arm triangle but Montell is defending well.
The referee decides to stand the fighters back up.
Abu throws a hook to the side of Montell's head but Montell sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.
Montell throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Montell throws a body punch but Abu moves out of range.
Montell throws a jab when Abu was well out of range.
Montell ducks under a wild hook from Abu.

Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.
Abu throws out a token jab with nothing on it.
Abu fakes a jab and then connects with a hook.
Montell throws a hook but Abu blocks it.
Abu staying out of range there.
Montell lands with a cross to side of his opponent's head.
Montell fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Abu manages to avoid it.
Abu cracks Montell with a hook to the jaw. Both fighters smile at eachother and high-five before getting back down to business.
A swing and a miss from Montell.
Abu avoids a lazy jab quite easily.
Montell misses with a series of wild punches.
The crowd thankful this round is nearly over.
Abu keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
Abu misses with a takedown attempt - Montell sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Wiley Abu dominated that round.
Well, the break between rounds is over. Let's get back to the scrappin!
Abu is on the wrong end of a nice combination from Montell.
Abu takes a jab right on the nose. That must have hurt but he shrugs his shoulders and looks to return the favor.
Montell lands a left and a right that send Abu crashing to the mat, dazed. Montell thinks about following him to the mat but decides to wave him back up to his feet!
Abu is rocked!
It looks like Wiley Abu has been cut.
Money Montell is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Montell throws a right and a left that Abu avoids nicely.
Oh Abu is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Montell moves out of range of the strikes.
Abu seems to have got his legs back now.
Montell misses with a few strikes there.
A shot to the body from Abu misses
and Montell counters with a nice uppercut.
Montell misses with a wild combination.
Abu throws an overhand right that lands on Montell's shoulder, as Montell tries to avoid the shot.
Abu throws out a token jab with nothing on it.
Montell throws a right and a left that Abu avoids nicely.

Some wild striking there from Montell.
Montell connects with a jab and follows up with a big overhand right! Oh that's hurt Abu! He's out on his feet! Montell rushes in and drops Abu with another big right hand, forcing the referee to stop the fight!
