Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Matt Casey (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Anton Rage (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Rumors backstage are that the fighters have been paid to keep it standing but we know that would never happen in MMA!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Casey misses with the combination.
Casey rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Rage moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
Rage darts in and out, connecting with a jab.
Casey tries to clinch up.
Rage avoids the head kick by Casey.
Casey moves in looking to clinch but Rage pushes him off.
Rage misses with a jab, cross combination.
Casey tries to clinch up but Rage circles away and keeps his distance.
Casey tries to clinch but Rage moves out of range.
Casey tries to clinch but Rage is having none of it.
Casey connects with a slap. Keep your fist closed son.

Rage is rocked!

It looks like Anton Rage has been cut.
Rage tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
Rage is still on wobbly legs! Can Casey finish him?
Casey could do with loosing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely.

Casey rushes Rage and presses him up against the cage.
Rage seems to have recovered his senses.
Rage prevents Casey from breaking the clinch.
Casey tries a knee to the head but Rage blocks it.

Casey pulls guard effortlessly.
Rage won't allow Casey to sweep him here.
Rage looks gassed!

Casey is looking to stand up but Rage isn't so interested in that idea.
Casey is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move.

Casey is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Rage is just riding it out for now. Casey eventually gives up the hold.

Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.

Casey is working for a kimura but Rage is defending it quite comfortably.

Rage is looking to escape.

The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so.
Casey is pressing down on Rage's thigh, looking to free his foot. Rage is holding on for now.
Casey moves into full mount! Rage won't be happy about that!
The crowd thankful this round is nearly over.

Casey stands up from the dominant position. He obviously fancies his chances standing.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action!

Casey fails with an attempt to clinch.
Casey doesn't manage to clinch there - Rage circles away.
Casey tries to clinch up but Rage circles away and keeps his distance.
Casey throws a jab, cross combination which is slipped
and Casey takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.
Casey throws a head kick that misses.
Rage throws a sloppy head kick and Casey moves out of range easily.
Casey fails to land the takedown.
Rage cracks Casey with an open hand slap.
Casey tries for a takedown but Rage sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily.
Rage tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
A nice inside leg kick there by Casey. That's going to slow Rage down.

Casey looking to shoot here. He's gone for it and he's landed a takedown into mount! Oh, that's bad for Rage!

Casey with some aggressive grappling here. He's looking for submissions here, rather than waiting for the opportunity to counter.
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.

Rage tries to hold on but Casey pushes him away.

Casey looks like he's working for a submission but he's not found anything just yet.

My god... these two guys really need to pick up the pace or everyone will leave to go get a beer.
Casey controlling the pace for now.

Casey swings around for an armbar but it's a sloppy attempt and Rage is now in Casey's guard. A big mistake from Casey there, giving up the dominant position!

Casey pushes a forearm under Rage's chin to create some space. He's escaped his hips and pivoted quickly for an armbar! Can he extend the arm? Yes, Rage is tapping out! Damn, that was fast!
