Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Johnny Math (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Sweets Candystore (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both these guys have solid standup skills and neither is particularly fantastic on the ground, so let's hope for a nice standup war!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Johnny Math!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Sweets Candystore!
The judges for this bout are Viktor Lagutenko, Konstantin Menshow and Vladimir Khabensky.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Math tries a head kick but it misses.
Candystore takes a head kick and shrugs it off.
Math tries to clinch there but Candystore circles away.
Candystore dodges the punch combination from Math.
Candystore shoots in for a takedown from distance. He catches Math napping and manages to drive through into side control!
Candystore has had enough of the ground for now and decides to stand.
Candystore shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Math's guard.
Candystore won't allow Math to sweep him here.
Candystore is taking a break and basically stalling. The referee will not allow him to do that for long.
Candystore drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Candystore jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Candystore is intent on slowing down the pace of the fight, simply looking to control.
A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Candystore accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.
Candystore slips nicely into half guard.
Candystore stands, ready to strike. The ref makes him back up and allows Math to get to his feet.
Math is breathing heavily.
Math misses with a series of wild punches.
Math misses with a takedown attempt
and Candystore shoots in, scooping Math off his feet. Candystore is holding his opponent over his shoulder. He slams Math to the mat and Math is in big trouble! Candystore is landing strikes to his unconscious foe and the ref dives in to end the fight! Candystore is celebrating with his corner and rightfully so.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:51 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Slam). Sweets Candystore!
