Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of

1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, naof naof! The judges for this bout are Sergei Dronov, Vladimir Khabensky and Aleksandr Martynov.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! McLane fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt. McLane scores to the head and body with a nice combination! naof shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Oh and he's advanced to full mount straight away. McLane is working to get back to half guard.
naof controlling his opponent. McLane is trying to escape the mount.
naof tucks in and makes sure he doesn't lose the dominant position. McLane wants to control but naof is having none of it. naof landing shots from mount.

naof looking to secure an arm triangle but McLane defends it well. naof tries to control but McLane wriggling away. McLane is looking to get to half guard. naof looks like he's working for a submission but he's not found anything just yet.
That's two minutes gone in the round. A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd. naof is working for a guillotine from mount but McLane frees his head quite easily.
McLane is writhing around trying to get back to his feet. naof prevents McLane from getting the reversal. McLane wants to control but naof is having none of it. naof working the ground and pound effectively.
naof with shots to the head and body - McLane looks very uncomfortable down there. McLane wants to control but naof is having none of it. McLane is in all sorts of trouble here.
That's three minutes gone in the round. McLane is working hard here to advance position. McLane sneaks a leg back under and regains half guard and is working straight away to try and get back to guard. He hasn't managed just yet though. McLane is looking to sinch up a guillotine here but naof pulls his head out easily. McLane looking for submissions off his back. naof is stalling here. McLane is in no mood to hang around though. He's locked up a kimura from the bottom! naof seems to be keeping calm but he's forced to roll out of the hold and McLane has ended up in side control on the top. Nice work. McLane scores with punches from side control.
That's four minutes gone in the round. A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace. McLane scores with a couple of nice shots to the head there. The referee takes a look at naof to see if he's OK. McLane trying to control the position but naof is working away. naof tries to bench press McLane off him but McLane keeps the position. McLane is trying to get an arm triangle but naof is defending well. naof tries to get back to half guard but can't. naof gets back to half guard. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
naof naof dominated that round. The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action!
naof shoots and misses and McLane counters with a straight right hand. McLane darts in and lands a nice takedown into half guard. McLane throwing punches and elbows but they're not doing any damage. McLane is trying to control the action in half guard but naof is working away on the bottom, looking perhaps to get back to full guard. naof regains full guard. Nicely done. naof looking for submissions off his back, moving his hips, looking for an opening.
naof is breathing heavily. naof wants to sweep here but McLane controlling him for the moment.
That's one minute gone in the round. McLane trying to control but naof is working from the bottom. McLane is looking to work some ground and pound but naof has wrist control. McLane distracts naof with his right hand and drops a big elbow with his other arm. McLane wants to stand but naof is controlling his posture from full guard. McLane throwing shots from guard but he's hitting more mat than opponent. naof looking for submissions off his back, moving his hips, looking for an opening.
That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena. There's a bit of a scramble here and now naof is on top in guard.
naof stands up from McLane's guard - naof perhaps looking for a knockout. naof gets caught on his heels momentarily as he allows McLane to score an easy takedown into full guard. McLane stands and throws naof's legs to the side, diving into side control. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
That's three minutes gone in the round. naof can't do much from the bottom here. naof striking from the bottom but nothing landed.
McLane thinks about going for a far side armbar but bails out and retains the dominant position instead. McLane grinds an elbow into naof's temple. McLane trying to control the position but naof is working away.
That's four minutes gone in the round. The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight. McLane is chipping away with strikes.
McLane connects with a decent looking elbow from side control that caused naof some visible discomfort.
naof tries to get back to half guard but can't. The strikes coming from McLane are missing the target in this wave of attacks. McLane cracks naof with a big right hand but naof just smiles back at him and invites him to have another go.
naof takes a big shot right to the temple there but he's taken it well.
McLane wants to control but naof is keeping him busy. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
John McLane dominated that second round. The minute break is over - no more time for sponges and pep talks - back to the action! Let's get this one finished - here comes the final round!
naof gets the takedown into side control. naof is trying to land an Americana. He has the arm isolated but McLane is keeping cool and he's avoided the danger for now. McLane tries to buck naof off but naof is having none of it. naof working away. McLane is in a bad position, trying to hold on for dear life but he is really struggling to maintain any sort of control. McLane is looking for a sweep. McLane regains half guard. naof looks towards his corner to check for any instructions. The corner give him nothing to work with, so he cracks McLane with a short hammerfist. I guess that's as good as any advice he could get in this position. naof takes a big intake of breath there - he's definitely tired. McLane tries to get to full guard but naof has control of the leg. naof winds up and cracks McLane with a swinging punch to the side of the head.
That's one minute gone in the round. McLane is looking to sinch up a guillotine here but naof pulls his head out easily. McLane is looking for a sweep. naof is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position. naof landing with strikes to the body and head, softening up his opponent. naof trying to control the action but McLane is working from the bottom. McLane looking to work for a kimura from the bottom.
The referee has ruled that neither fighter is active enough on the ground and has stood them back up. McLane fails in his attempt to clinch. McLane misses with a takedown and naof decides to take the opportunity to score a takedown. He's landed in McLane's guard. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
That's two minutes gone in the round. naof preventing the sweep. naof showing good wrestling skills to control the position. McLane looking for submissions off his back, moving his hips, looking for an opening.
McLane is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move. McLane uses his free foot to push down on naof's thigh. Eventually he works his other foot free and he's advanced to mount - this is trouble for naof.
That's three minutes gone in the round. McLane can't quite control the action as he would like just now, as naof is looking to escape. naof is trying desperately to improve position. McLane trying to control but he's not successful this time. McLane can't control as he wanted to and naof manages to get the fight back to his half guard.
That's four minutes gone in the round. The crowd are starting to boo a lack of action. McLane tries to pass the half guard into mount. naof knows what he's doing though and prevents the attempt. McLane thows a wild elbow that connects with the canvas. McLane uses his free foot to push down on naof's thigh. Eventually he works his other foot free and he's advanced to mount - this is trouble for naof. McLane trying to control but he's not successful this time. McLane putting on the heat here with some good ground and pound!
And that's the end of the fight! naof naof comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. I think naof has won this one but let's see whether the judges agree with me. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
