Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Matt Smith (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Crazy Horse (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). The key to victory for Matt Smith has got to be keeping the fight on the feet.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Matt Smith!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Crazy Horse!
The judges for this bout are William Gold, Steven Brown and James Glass.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Horse fails to land the takedown.

Horse closes the distance and clinches.
Horse is trying to drag Smith to the mat but Smith just about manages to keep his footing. He used the cage to his advantage there.
Horse has hold of a leg and is looking for a trip takedown. Smith avoids it nicely though and we remain in the clinch.
Matt Smith has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Crazy Horse.
Smith takes a knee right on the jaw!

Smith breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.

Smith feints and then winds up with a huge right hand that connects perfectly and sends Horse sprawling to the canvas! Horse rolls over backwards and springs off the cage and manages to regain his footing - how acrobatic! Oh, he's still wobbly - can Smith finish him?!

Horse is rocked!
Horse looks gassed!
Smith displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Horse.
Smith waving his hands out in front of him, looking to distract Horse.
Horse throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Smith's waist but Smith gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Horse off to one side.
Smith cracks Horse with a nasty uppercut that draws ooohs from the crowd and sends Horse tumbling backwards onto the mat. He tries to recover but Smith pounces and lands a hail of unanswered strikes that forces the referee to step in to end the fight! Horse is not happy but he gave the referee no choice!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:46 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Matt Smith!
