The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Johnson lands a jab. Then a cross. Then finally a nice hook to the body. Good work there by Johnson.
Johnson misses with an uppercut. McWeeny saw that one coming.

McWeeny instigates a clinch.
Johnson tries to take the fight to the ground by pulling guard but can't manage it.
McWeeny pushes Johnson back against the cage and unloads with a body punch.
Johnson tries to pull guard but McWeeny holds him up against the cage and eventually Johnson drops back down to his feet.
Johnson jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as McWeeny walks away with a smile on his face. Johnson gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Fleece Johnson. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Johnson throws the left hand but McWeeny avoids the punch easily.
A looping hook to the body misses from Johnson. McWeeny does a little dance to reset his feet.
Johnson looks to land a combination but McWeeny avoids it well.
Johnson fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
Johnson throws a body punch but McWeeny moves out of range.
Johnson changes levels and scores with a jab to the body.

McWeeny forces Johnson back against the cage and clinches.
McWeeny lands a body shot in the clinch.
McWeeny's corner are urging him to control the action in the clinch for a moment, rather than mount any serious offense. I'm sure the crowd appreciate those instructions... not.

McWeeny drops Johnson onto one knee with a big uppercut from the clinch! Johnson is propped up by the cage and works his way back to his feet!

Johnson is rocked!

McWeeny lands an uppercut in the clinch that drops Johnson to his knees! McWeeny keeps firing more shots against his stricken opponent and the referee jumps in to save him!
