PBP Commentary

Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Big Boomer (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and myke tycon (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). tycon has chosen Henry Rollins:Liar as his entrance music. We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
tycon is looking to clinch.
tycon fails in his attempt to clinch.
tycon tries to close the distance and clinch but Boomer swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.

tycon slaps away a takedown attempt from Boomer, before circling back to the center of the mat.
Boomer changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. tycon tries to avoid it but Boomer manages to keep hold of a leg and drag tycon to the ground. tycon escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.

The fight stays on the outside here - tycon looks like he's thinking about clinching though.
myke tycon seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Boomer shoots for a takedown but tycon saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily.
