The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

It looks like Olivier De Troyer has been cut.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
De Troyer takes one on the chin but keeps coming.

De Troyer feints and as Boondocks raises his hands in defense, De Troyer changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard.

De Troyer drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and De Troyer jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
De Troyer postures up in Boondocks's guard and throws a big left but Boondocks blocks it.
Boondocks wants to get back to his feet but De Troyer is in a dominant position and won't allow it.

De Troyer drops back for a leg but he's not going to get it - he lets go and Boondocks dives on top into guard.

De Troyer is throwing his legs up, looking for submissions. Boondocks is aware though and is defending well.

De Troyer is working for an escape here. He's hooked one of Boondocks's legs and he's managed to sneak out and take Boondocks's back!

De Troyer looking to break Boondocks's wrist control so he can sink in the choke. Boondocks remaining controlled and patient though - he really has to keep calm otherwise De Troyer will wrap this one up with the rear naked choke!

As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.

Boondocks lands with a right and another and another! De Troyer is in big trouble! Boondocks lands again and this time it's lights out for De Troyer! A quality knockout there for Boondocks.
