Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between George Floorman (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ja Boxer (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Ja Boxer has the power to score a knockout today if he connects clean with George Floorman's chin.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
1 - 2 - 0, fighting out of New York, George Floorman! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of New York, Ja Boxer! The judges for this bout are Chad Campbell, Steve Montenegro and John Kavanagh.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Boxer leaves Floorman with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt. Floorman takes a body punch but keeps moving. Wow, both these guys are really going for it! Boxer paws at his opponent with the jab and then lunges in with a straight, right on the button. Boxer looks to land a left hand but Floorman moved out of range nicely. Boxer lands with a right hand. No joy there for Boxer, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Floorman fails with a takedown attempt. Floorman darts in and lands a nice takedown into half guard. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Floorman uses his free foot to push down on Boxer's thigh. Eventually he works his other foot free and he's advanced to mount - this is trouble for Boxer. Floorman throwing shots from mount but they're not landing. Floorman lands a nice shot to the head.
It looks like Ja Boxer has been cut. Floorman tries to control but Boxer wriggling away. Floorman throwing sloppy strikes here. Perhaps if he tightened up his striking from such a dominant position, he'd be able to finish easier.
That's one minute gone in the round. Boxer tries to lock up and control but Floorman gives him a forearm to the face and pushes him away. Boxer can't escape the position.
Boxer in a bad spot here, taking shots to the head. Floorman takes a little breather and maintains the position. The referee will be looking for him to stay active from such a dominant position though. Floorman has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission. Boxer tries to lock up and control but Floorman gives him a forearm to the face and pushes him away. Boxer avoids a series of strikes thrown by Floorman.
Boxer tries to hold on but Floorman pushes him away. Boxer is wriggling around trying to escape.
Boxer really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Floorman. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out. Floorman landing shots from mount. Floorman throwing shots from mount but they're not landing. Floorman is in full mount, looking to secure a guillotine but Boxer is surviving well by controlling Floorman's body position as best he can. Floorman trying to control but he's not successful this time.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Boxer is in a horrible position here. Floorman smacks him with another shot as he tries to escape the position.
The cut above Ja Boxer's eye is starting to cause him problems now. Floorman with a couple of short strikes.
The referee calls the doctor in to look at Ja Boxer's cut. Oh no, the doctor has called an end to the bout!
