Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Neil Diaz! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Paradox Pro! The judges for this bout are Hirohito Nitta, Shirou Masuda and Taro Takaoka.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Diaz clinches with his opponent.
Diaz lands with a left to the head. Come on Diaz - let's have some action - none of this stalling nonsense.
Diaz breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Pro changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Diaz tries to avoid it but Pro manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Diaz to the ground. Diaz escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet. Diaz clinches. Pro tries for a takedown but Diaz manages to get underhooks.
Diaz pushes Pro back against the ropes and unloads with a body punch. Diaz escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.

Pro tries to close the distance and clinch but Diaz swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away. A big left from Pro misses. Pro shoots in for a takedown. Neil Diaz seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Diaz defending well as Pro loads up on a big left hand. Diaz fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Pro, pushing him back against the ropes. Diaz lands a right uppercut that snaps the head of Pro backwards. Pro has Diaz pressed up against the ropes and is working for takedown. Diaz manages to improve position though and keeps the fight standing. Diaz breaks the clinch.

Diaz cracks Pro with a nice body shot. A nice left hand lands by Diaz.
Diaz breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat. Diaz wants to clinch up but Pro keeps it at a distance. Pro decides to change it up a bit and drives through with a nice takedown into half guard. Diaz wants to control but Pro is keeping busy and won't allow it. Diaz keeping hold of Pro's head, controlling as best he can. Pro throwing shots but they're hitting the canvas more than the man. Both fighters are breathing heavily. Diaz is defending against the submission attempts here by Pro.
Pro wants to work for an arm triangle but Diaz is really keeping half guard well and defending the submission attempt.
That's one minute gone in the round. Diaz has hold of a guillotine but he's not going to be able to crank on it really with only half guard, so it's no trouble for Pro. Oh but Diaz has got full guard now! Oh boy! This one could be over very soon! Pro goes limp - he's gone! Diaz jumps up and celebrates with the crowd - fantastic submission finish!
