Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Peter Byford (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Paul Punch Drunk (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Peter Byford looks tired to me. Hopefully he has got enough gas left in the tank to put in a good performance.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.

A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Byford accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.

That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Peter Byford.
Well I reckon that's a shut out for Byford, winning every round. Will the judges agree? They are the ones who matter, even if they are often depressingly incompetent. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
