Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Tiny Johnson, Cecil Peabody and Stewart Dunkirk.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Bonilla shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it.
Hector Bonilla seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Carter swings wildly with a hook that is half blocked by Bonilla.
Carter closes the distance and lands a one-two.
Carter scores with a decent looking hook.
Bonilla tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Carter was well out of range. Poor timing from Bonilla.
Bonilla takes a shot to the nose. Hopefully that hasn't broken it.
Carter throws a combination. Bonilla tries to block but a couple of punches get through.
Carter misses with a wild combination.
Bonilla closes the distance and looks for a trip takedown... aaaand he's got it - Bonilla lands in his opponent's guard.
Bonilla is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.
Bonilla drops back, looking for a kneebar! Carter looks panicked! The fighters roll across the mat, one looking to finish, one looking to escape. Carter looks to have wriggled free... Yes, he's got his leg free and he's dived into side control! Good work there from Carter!
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Bonilla has his feet on Carter's thighs here. He's pushed Carter off and worked for a very quick armbar from the bottom! He's flipped onto his stomach and he's cranking hard on the arm! Carter screams in pain and taps out! This one is all over!
