Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The judges for this bout are Cecil Peabody, Alan Glass and Chris Downing.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
West throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Stanley's waist but Stanley gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing West off to one side.
No joy there for Stanley, who threw a few shots but didn't land.

West tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Stanley swivels and escapes.
George Stanley has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Chuck West.
West looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily.
West fails with the takedown.
Stanley slaps away a takedown attempt from West, before circling back to the center of the mat.
West shoots in looking for a takedown. Stanley tries to sprawl out of it but West keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Stanley manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
That's one minute gone in the round.
West will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts.
West shoots in for a takedown but Stanley shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet.
Chuck West seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Stanley punishes West's body with a nice straight punch.
West looks gassed!
West does a little shimmy and throws a leg kick. The leg kick missed by a considerable margin though, making him look a little bit silly for doing the shimmy.
West shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Stanley defends it nicely.
Stanley scores with a nice looking left hook and follows it up with an uppercut!
It looks like Chuck West has been cut.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
Stanley drops West with a beautiful combination! West stares up at his opponent, who ushers him back to his feet - Stanley is looking for the KO!
This has been an exciting period of action!
Stanley lands a slapping body shot.
Stanley fakes a head shot and lands one to the body.
A left lands for Stanley.
Stanley lands with a big right hook that stumbles West - he's out on his feet here! Stanley follows up with another monster hook that separates West from consciousness! West falls, almost in slow motion to the canvas! Stanley stands and admires his work as the crowd go wild.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:53 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punches). George Stanley!
