The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Lin fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Meatstock avoids it really well and circles away.
Lin looks for a takedown but Meatstock sprawls well.
Lin is looking to take this fight into the clinch.
Lin shoots in but Meatstock avoids the takedown attempt easily.
Lou Meatstock has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Roger Lin.
A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Lin.
Lin walks into a left hand.
Meatstock keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl.
Lin shoots for a takedown but Meatstock saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily.
Lin misses with a takedown attempt - Meatstock sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses.
Lin shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Meatstock sprawls well. Meatstock wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Lin gets slowly back to his feet.
Meatstock lands a jab. Then a cross. Then finally a nice hook to the body. Good work there by Meatstock.
It looks like Roger Lin has been cut.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Meatstock cracks Lin with a hook to the jaw. Both fighters smile at eachother and high-five before getting back down to business.
Lin looks gassed!
Lin is on the wrong end of a nice combination from Meatstock.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Meatstock misses with a wild combination.
Lin walks straight into a right hand from Meatstock - that's dropped him! Meatstock jumps into mount and starts pounding away - can he finish?! More strikes go undefended and the referee has to dive in to save Lin from any more punishment! Lin complains about the stoppage but falls over as he tries to stand back up, so it was clearly a good stoppage.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:11 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Punches). Lou Meatstock!
