The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Geoffrion fails with an attempt to clinch.
Geoffrion throws a nice outside leg kick.
Lindgren closes this distance looking for a takedown but Geoffrion circles away.
Geoffrion pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Geoffrion changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Lindgren tries to avoid it but Geoffrion manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Lindgren to the ground. Lindgren escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.

Lindgren gets caught flat footed, as Geoffrion shoots in with a quick takedown into guard.
