Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Magus Arbenson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Striker Grappling (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 13 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Magus Arbenson!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 10 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Striker Grappling!
The judges for this bout are Robert Twigg, Stewart Dunkirk and Alan Glass.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
An inside leg kick from Grappling misses.
Grappling looks to score with a combo but nothing lands.

Arbenson uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Grappling.

Grappling misses with a hook. Arbenson ducked under it nicely.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Arbenson moves away from the strike by Grappling.

Arbenson goes for an armbar here - this could be all over! But no, Grappling has escaped beautifully and is now on top in side control! Oh, that's unlucky for Arbenson but great work by Grappling.

Grappling with poor footwork there. He got himself in a bit of a tangle, enabling Arbenson to score with a decent uppercut.

That was a close round but I would say that Magus Arbenson will probably get the nod.
That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.

Arbenson shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Grappling sprawls well. Grappling wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Arbenson gets slowly back to his feet.

Striker Grappling showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.
That's the end of the round. The referee orders the cornermen out of the cage so we can get back down to business. So, we enter the final round. Let's see if either fighter can bring us a finish, or whether we're going to the judges scorecards.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.

Arbenson shoots for a takedown but Grappling saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily.

Arbenson throws a head kick that looked like it stung.
Arbenson shoots in but Grappling avoids the takedown attempt easily.

Magus Arbenson showed his dominance in that final round.
I think Arbenson has won this one but let's see what the judges have to say. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
