Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Chris Sharpe (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Leo Manta (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). The atmosphere really building for this one as we go over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
9 - 3 - 0, fighting out of New York, Chris Sharpe! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
4 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Leo Manta! The judges for this bout are Tiny Johnson, George Francis and Wesley Smith.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! A head kick misses from Sharpe. Sharpe connects with a high kick. Manta bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes. Manta blocks a head kick by Sharpe.
Sharpe on the wrong end of an overhand right that came out of nowhere. Manta feints and as Sharpe raises his hands in defense, Manta changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard. Manta with a flurry of punches that miss. Sharpe is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive. Sharpe had isolated an arm as going for a kimura. Manta defends it easily. Manta trying to control but Sharpe is working from the bottom. Manta looking to pass the guard. Manta chips away with some ground and pound. Manta lands a nice shot whilst sitting in his opponent's guard. Manta with a flurry of punches that miss. Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up. Sharpe scores with a nice looking left hook and follows it up with an uppercut!

Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up. Sharpe misses with a head kick.

Manta sizes up Sharpe with a pawing jab and scores with a straight right down the middle. Sharpe misses with a straight left. Manta jabs at Sharpe's body. Manta bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes. Manta lands with a shot to the body. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Leo Manta dominated that round. The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.

You can see the frustration on Sharpe's face, being in this tough position on the bottom. Sharpe is looking for a sweep. Manta lands a knee to the body and follows it up with some ground and pound to the head. That will wear Sharpe down.

That's four minutes gone in the round. The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so. Manta's corner are shouting for him to control the position and he seems happy to oblige. Sharpe looking to work for a kimura from the bottom. Manta is nestled in close to Sharpe, controlling him well. He's worked in a nice elbow to the side of the head as well, for good measure. Still in half guard, Manta seems content to control. Sharpe looking for submissions from an awkward position here. Chris Sharpe has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here! Neither fighter is being very active at the moment, with Manta in particular looking to stall.
And that's the end of the fight! Leo Manta comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. I've got Manta winning every round here. Surely the decision will go his way and he'll pick up a well deserved decision victory. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
