Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Anthony Jones (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Snake Plisken (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Plisken has chosen Plissken Theme as his entrance music. There are an array of beautiful celebrities at ringside tonight! I wonder if any of them paid for their tickets.

The judges for this bout are Gwen Towbar, Robert Twigg and Frank Dennis.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Jones throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Plisken sees it coming and avoids it easily.
Jones with a nice looking leg kick. You could hear that one land in a back row.
Plisken tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion.
Plisken fails with a takedown attempt.
Plisken throws out a loose jab but Jones uses good head movement to avoid it.
Jones fails to land with a series of punches.
A jab from Plisken misses.
Jones slips a straight right by Plisken.
Jones dances in quickly and lands a nice inside leg kick on Plisken. That did some damage!
Plisken throws a jab, cross combination which is slipped
and Jones counters with a solid body kick.
Jones stuns Plisken with a nice body shot, before stepping back out of range.

A nice inside leg kick there by Jones. That's going to slow Plisken down.

Jones feints with a shoulder and throws a nice leg kick to Plisken's calf.
Boom, another hit is landed. "You're gunna get knocked out" taunts Jones, as that shot connected.
It looks like Snake Plisken has been cut.
Jones connects with a body shot.

Jones keeps Plisken at a distance using the push kick.
Jones scores with a nice body kick.
Jones closes the distance and presses his opponent up against the cage.

Jones escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Jones wants to clinch up but Plisken keeps it at a distance.
Jones explodes with a nice body kick and back out of range. Nice work.
Jones scores with a kick to the body.
Plisken walks forward, straight into a front kick from Jones.
Jones clobbers Plisken with an overhand right that has the crowd gasping. That made a horrendous noise.
Jones looking to take his opponent's legs away with the low kicks.

Jones connects nicely with a jab. Noted by the judges no doubt.

That's a knee to de groin and it's over and out! Plisken crumples to the ground after an illegal strike from Jones - the referee stops the clock and Plisken gets 5 minutes to recover from that one. "I'm sorry" says Jones. Plisken manages to get back to his feet and the fight resumes.

Plisken tries to keep at a distance but Jones has taken the fight into the clinch.

That has opened up Snake Plisken's cut even more.
Jones lands a right hand that snaps the head of Plisken backwards.

Jones digs a right hand into Plisken's ribs. Those have got to be taking their toll on Plisken's gas tank.
Jones's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.
Plisken on the receiving end of a decent leg kick there by Jones. Jones obviously looking to wear him down.

Jones throws a leg kick which misses Plisken's front leg but catches the back leg as Plisken tries to avoid it.
Ouch! a nice leg kick from Jones, right into the meat.

Jones fakes the leg kick and cracks Plisken in the body.

Jones throws a feint and then finishes with a kick to the body.

and Jones makes him pay by landing a thudding low kick.
Jones throws a mid kick that lands with a slap.
Plisken's leg has a nasty welt from taking a succession of leg kicks. That must be slowing him down.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Jones lands with a head kick! That's gotta hurt.
The cut above Snake Plisken's eye is starting to cause him problems now.

Jones moves into range and clinches up with Plisken.
Jones landing knees to the body. They look like they could hurt.
Jones lands with a short shot to the head.

Plisken takes an elbow to the temple.
Snake Plisken's cut is absolute horrible now. This looks like something out of a horror film with blood covering both fighters.
The referee calls the doctor in to look at Snake Plisken's cut. Oh no, the doctor has called an end to the bout!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:24 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Cut). Anthony Jones!
