Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Joe Ledfoot (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Bocks Rguy (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Bocks Rguy has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 7 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Joe Ledfoot!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 6 - 5 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Bocks Rguy!
The judges for this bout are Tiny Johnson, Stewart Dunkirk and Alan Glass.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Ledfoot scores with a nice takedown into half guard. Let's see what he's got on the ground.
Neither fighter is being very active at the moment, with Ledfoot in particular looking to stall.
Ledfoot is trying to control. Rguy wants to improve his position but can't escape this time.
Ledfoot not doing much here.

Ledfoot is trying a forearm choke… I don't think that's going to do much at this level of the game.
Rguy controlling the position for now.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.
Ledfoot is taking a breather. Rguy says something to him but it's hard to make out. Perhaps he's telling him to get on with it and actually do something.
Ledfoot wants to pass the guard but Rguy is defending well.

Ledfoot is looking for a kimura but he's never going to get it from there.

Ledfoot tries to pass to full mount but Rguy defends it.
Rguy is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.
Ledfoot is looking to take a break and control but Rguy is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.

Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up.
Ledfoot checks a low kick from Rguy.

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.
Ledfoot stumbles momentarily as he takes a strong leg kick from Rguy.
Rguy moves in looking to clinch but Ledfoot pushes him off.

Ledfoot closes the distance and scores a nice trip takedown into half guard. Rguy did well to prevent Ledfoot getting side control.
Ledfoot content to control rather than advance.
We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Rguy can do anything to dispel that myth.
Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out!
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Joe Ledfoot dominated that round.
That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.


Rguy stuffs the takedown attempt from Ledfoot. Ledfoot gets slowly back to his feet.
Ledfoot shoots for a takedown but Rguy saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily.
Good leg kick by Rguy there. It's the ones that make that thud noise that hurt and that was an almighty thud.
Ledfoot shoots in for a takedown but Rguy shows good takedown defense.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Joe Ledfoot. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Ledfoot shoots in but no luck this time.
Rguy scores with a nice one two combo and darts back out of range to avoid anything coming in the opposite direction.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Rguy throws a right and a left that both miss.
Rguy turns his hip over beautifully as he lands a nice leg kick.
Ledfoot keeps the fight on the outside.
Rguy tried to score with a low kick but Ledfoot checks it.

Ledfoot chopped to the floor by a nice leg kick but he springs right back up before Rguy can pounce on him.
Rguy stuffs the takedown.
Rguy tries to clinch there but Ledfoot circles away.
Bocks Rguy seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Ledfoot tries for a takedown but Rguy sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily.
Rguy scoring well with a low kick there.
No luck for Ledfoot with that takedown attempt.
Rguy moves into range and lands a nice leg kick.
Rguy throws a low kick but it's checked well by Ledfoot.
Rguy fakes with a right hand and throws a good leg kick, right into the thigh. That had to hurt Ledfoot.
Ledfoot throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Rguy is looking to score with low kicks.

That's two minutes gone in the round.

Ledfoot drops down and drives through with a powerful takedown into guard.
Ledfoot's corner is telling him to maintain position.
Ledfoot has controlled the position for a good 20 seconds, which will no doubt be starting to frustrate his opponent.
Ledfoot trying to control the position from guard on top but Rguy is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
Ledfoot passes Rguy's left leg - he's now in half guard.

Ledfoot is taking a breather. Rguy says something to him but it's hard to make out. Perhaps he's telling him to get on with it and actually do something.
Ledfoot works his foot free and advances to mount.
Ledfoot thowing strikes but they're hitting the gloves, not doing any damage.

That's four minutes gone in the round.
There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.
Ledfoot tries to control but Rguy wriggling away.
The crowd thankful this round is nearly over.
Rguy working to try and regain half guard.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

A close second round but Bocks Rguy will probably get the nod - 10:9.
That's time! Ledfoot's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight. Let's get this one finished - here comes the final round!



Ledfoot shoots in and gets a takedown into half guard. Ledfoot showed some decent athleticism there.
Rguy wants to control but Ledfoot is keeping busy.

Ledfoot seems to be looking for submissions.
Ledfoot passes to full mount!

Ledfoot looking to ground and pound but Rguy is blocking nicely.
Ledfoot tries to control but Rguy wriggling away.
Ledfoot is really struggling to control Rguy but he's trying to hold on to the position.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd.

Ledfoot jumps to the side looking to secure the arm triangle…. Ooooh, that looks tight… Rguy is gargling but he's managed to escape! Nice work there by Rguy and Ledfoot has given up the dominant position trying to land that submission.

Ledfoot in side control, working for a kimura. He's got hold of an arm and he's torquing it... Rguy is tapping! That's the end of the fight!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:50 of round 3, we have a winner by way of Submission (Kimura). Joe Ledfoot!
