The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
labod fails in his attempt to clinch.
labod tries to land a leg kick but Francisco saw it coming and moves away.
Francisco keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl.
labod shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Francisco as he jumps to the side.
labod will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts.
Gabriel Francisco has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of todd labod.
labod takes one to the chin there.
labod looks gassed!
Francisco feints and then winds up with a huge right hand that connects perfectly and sends labod sprawling to the canvas! labod rolls over backwards and springs off the cage and manages to regain his footing - how acrobatic! Oh, he's still wobbly - can Francisco finish him?!
labod is rocked!
It looks like todd labod has been cut.
todd labod seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Francisco keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl.
Francisco finds labod's off switch, with a big overhand right that connects perfectly to the side of the head! labod flops back against the cage, eyes gazing into the distance. Francisco lands an unnecessary shot before the referee has time to step in and end the fight. Brutal stuff but I'm sure labod will be OK.
