The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Norris throws a quick inside leg kick.
Norris connects with a good right hand that stumbles Cognito. Cognito circles away out of range and recomposes himself.
Good exchange - Norris coming out on top.
Norris should think about turning a few of those tyres round his middle into muscle if he wants people to take him seriously as an athlete.
Norris swats away the attempt to clinch by Cognito.
Norris lands with a slapping head kick.
Norris misses with a looping left.
The fighters circle momentarily. Norris darts into range and connects with a nice straight punch.
Cognito shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Norris defends it nicely.

Norris throws a hook to the side of Cognito's head but Cognito sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.
Oh Cognito is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Cognito tries to clinch but Norris moves out of range.
Norris throws a hook but Cognito blocks it.
Cognito seems to have got his legs back now.

Cognito fails miserably with a takedown attempt.
