Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Slick Kennedy (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Dave McDonald (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). McDonald has chosen I Stand Alone as his entrance music. The atmosphere really building for this one as we go over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Steve Smith, Yves DeLean and Alec Ball.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kennedy jabbing away but nothing is landing.
Kennedy lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.
Kennedy misses with a looping right.
Nice shot by Kennedy.
McDonald throws a head kick but Kennedy moves out of range.
Slick Kennedy seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Kennedy clobbers McDonald with an overhand right that has the crowd gasping. That made a horrendous noise.
McDonald is rocked!
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Kennedy throws a nice looking combination but McDonald bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.
Kennedy wants to slow McDonald down by chopping away at his legs.
McDonald moves out of range of the strikes.
Kennedy avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
McDonald shoots in for a takedown but Kennedy shows good takedown defense.
Kennedy punishes McDonald's body with a nice straight punch.
McDonald defending well as Kennedy loads up on a big left hand.
McDonald wants to clinch up but Kennedy keeps it at a distance.
Kennedy scores with a shot to the body.
McDonald looks gassed!
McDonald takes one to the side of the head.
McDonald is still on wobbly legs! Can Kennedy finish him?
McDonald ducks under a wild hook from Kennedy.
McDonald seems to have recovered his senses.
Kennedy swats away the attempt to clinch by McDonald.
That's one minute gone in the round.
McDonald wants to clinch up but Kennedy keeps it at a distance.
Kennedy drops McDonald with a straight left! Oh this is bad for McDonald! Kennedy dives in and starts dropping bombs - the referee has no choice but to step in and save him!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:15 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Slick Kennedy!
