Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Shane Williams (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Benny Tronk (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Tronk has chosen "Go Getta" - Young Jeezy as his entrance music. Benny Tronk has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

The judges for this bout are Winston Howard, John Mangel and Bruno Hogan.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Williams throws a series of punches but Tronk moves out of range.
Tronk tries to clinch but Williams moves out of range.
Tronk wants to clinch up but Williams keeps it at a distance.
Williams misses with a hook. Tronk ducked under it nicely.
Tronk is looking to take this fight into the clinch.
Williams tries to close the distance and clinch but Tronk swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
Tronk avoids the body shot from Williams.
Nice uppercut lands for Williams. That snapped Tronk's head back.
Tronk shoots for a double leg takedown but Williams sprawls well. He's pushed Tronk's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.
Tronk tries to move into range but Williams moves to the side and lands with a nice right hand.
Williams slips under a jab.
Williams cracks Tronk with an open hand slap.
Williams circles away from the clinch attempt.
Williams bobs and weaves into range and then changes levels and scores with a nice takedown into side control.
Williams tries to advance to mount but can't.
Williams has had enough of the ground for now and decides to stand.
Tronk drives through and clinches with Williams against the cage.
Tronk with the Thai clinch. He's looking to land a big knee but he's not managed it this time.
Williams lands with a right to the head.
Tronk with the Thai clinch, lands a knee to the head.

Williams takes a knee to the side of the body.
Tronk tries to land knees in the clinch but Williams avoids the damage to the body.
Tronk using the Thai plumb to throw knees but Williams has his back arched nicely, preventing the strike.
Williams is trying to force a seperation but Tronk has the dominant position.
Williams lands a nice elbow.
It looks like Benny Tronk has been cut.
Williams tries to take the fight to the ground by pulling guard but can't manage it.
Tronk tries to land a knee to the head but Williams blocks with his arms.
Tronk misses with a knee strike.
Williams is looking to score with knees to the body. Maybe he'll change it up and go body then head. Tronk is defending well for now.
Williams misses with a body punch.
Williams has hold of a leg and is looking for a trip takedown. Tronk avoids it nicely though and we remain in the clinch.

Williams's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.
Williams fakes a head punch and goes low to the body. Nicely done.
Williams cracks Tronk with a good shot that sees him stumbling back into the cage.
Williams throws a low kick but it's checked well by Tronk.
Williams lands a jab. Then a cross. Then finally a nice hook to the body. Good work there by Williams.
Williams tries to clinch but Tronk is having none of it.
Williams keeps the fight on the outside.
The fight moves into the clinch position.

Williams breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Tronk wants to clinch.
Williams misses with a jab, cross combination.

Williams swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Tronk pushes Williams up against the cage in a clinch.
Tronk lands a knee to the head.
Tronk tries a knee to the head but Williams blocks it.
Tronk landing knees to the head.
Williams breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Williams looks to land a right hand but Tronk moved out of range.
Williams sizes up Tronk with a pawing jab and scores with a straight right down the middle.
Williams drives through with a takedown into guard.
Williams wants to get up but he can't break Tronk's closed guard. He needs to be careful trying to break the legs open, as he's open to submissions here.
Williams is looking to work some ground and pound but Tronk has wrist control.
Williams is sitting in close to Tronk's body. Tronk has gone for a guillotine from the bottom. Oh damn, that looks pretty tight! Williams is panicking - it looks like this one could be all over! Yes, Williams is tapping! That was a very nice submission by Tronk.
