Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Dakevis Eddie (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Paul Power (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Eddie comes to the cage accompanied by o lets do it. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Dakevis Eddie! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Paul Power! The judges for this bout are Aleksandr Martynov, Konstantin Menshow and Dmitry Maklakov.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Eddie shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Power defends it nicely. Eddie will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts. Power misses with a series of wild punches.
Eddie misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Eddie moves into the clinch successfully.
Eddie leaning his opponent against the cage. Eddie keeps the fight in the clinch, despite Power's efforts to push away. Power throws a nice elbow but it doesn't land.
A short uppercut from Power. Eddie breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Eddie punishes Power's body with a nice straight punch. Power tries to clinch and Eddie counters with a shoot takedown into half guard. Eddie will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions. Eddie working Power over with strikes. Power is trying to defend against the ground and pound but Eddie scores with a couple of nice shots.
That's one minute gone in the round. Eddie stands, ready to strike. The ref makes him back up and allows Power to get to his feet. Power stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Power wants it to stay on the feet. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Dakevis Eddie. That's going to take a lot out of him. Eddie scores with a head kick.
Eddie throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle. Eddie misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out. Power throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Power. Power throws a right and a left that both miss. Power looks gassed! Eddie rushes Power and presses him up against the cage. Power is looking to break free of the clinch but Eddie has double underhooks. Eddie escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Dakevis Eddie seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Eddie fails in his attempt to clinch. Power darts in and lands a nice takedown into half guard. Power not throwing his punches with enough precision this time. Eddie is looking to improve his position.
Eddie manages to escape and get back to his feet! Eddie doesn't succeed with the takedown and Power counters with a takedown into full mount! That could mean trouble for Eddie! The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Power avoids the attempt from Eddie to control.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Power wants to control the pace but Eddie is squirming around nicely. Power jumps to the side looking to secure the arm triangle…. Ooooh, that looks tight… Eddie is gargling but he's managed to escape! Nice work there by Eddie and Power has given up the dominant position trying to land that submission.
Eddie has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission. Power goes for an armbar! This could be all over! Wait, no, Eddie rolls with the submission and now he's on top in Power's guard! Nice work there by Eddie! Eddie pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. Power is keeping the position for now.
That's four minutes gone in the round. My god... these two guys really need to pick up the pace or everyone will leave to go get a beer. Eddie trying to control the position from guard on top but Power is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Eddie looking to pass the guard. Power is looking for a triangle but Eddie pushes his legs off easily.
Power keeping moving, preventing Eddie from controlling successfully. The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end. Eddie advances position into side control! And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Dakevis Eddie dominated that round. OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action.
Power darts in and clinches Eddie up against the cage. Eddie blocking some punches.
Eddie is working for a takedown up against the cage. He can't get it on this occasion though. Eddie is working on a single leg takedown against the cage. Power can't fight it off and eventually Eddie manages to take the fight to the floor. Power looks annoyed but at least he's managed to land in guard. Eddie stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Power swivels though and keeps the full guard. Dakevis Eddie overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far. Eddie is looking to advance position but Power has hit a scissor sweep - now he's on top in mount! Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here. A nice elbow there by Power. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Power working Eddie over with strikes here.
That's one minute gone in the round. Eddie slips a leg in and gets back to half guard. Power trying to control from half guard but Eddie is working away. Power frees up his trapped foot and advances to mount. Eddie tries to lock up and control but Power gives him a forearm to the face and pushes him away. Eddie really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape. Eddie tries to get back to half guard but can't. Power landing strikes from the mount. A nice elbow there by Power. Eddie is working to get back to half guard.
Power fakes a shot to the body and cracks his opponent in the head. Nice ground and pound there!
That's two minutes gone in the round. Power working away from the top, dropping strikes. Eddie tries to reverse the position but Power maintains control. Power connects with a couple of good shots from mount.
Power lands a big elbow. Power gets to his feet and calls his opponent to stand. Here come the fireworks! Eddie misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Power fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Eddie avoids it really well and circles away. Power tries to clinch but Eddie is having none of it.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Eddie shoots in but doesn't get the takedown and Power counters with a takedown into side control. Eddie is looking for a sweep. Eddie is working to avoid the ground and pound but Power connects with a decent elbow. Power has had enough of the ground for now and decides to stand. Eddie looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Dakevis Eddie. That's going to take a lot out of him. Eddie looks for a takedown but Power sprawls well. Horrible takedown by Eddie or perhaps it was just good defense by Power which made him look bad. Power scores with a takedown into Eddie's guard.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Power trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet. Power with a couple of shots to the head there. Not particularly brutal. Eddie manages to land a sweep and now he's in mount on top!
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Power wants to hold on but Eddie pushes him away. The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end. Power is bucking up trying to escape but Eddie cracks him with another couple of good strikes. Eddie postures up and cracks his opponent a couple of times before moving back into close ground control. Power looks a forlorn figure.

Paul Power showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action! The crowd applaud as we get ready to start the final round!

That's one minute gone in the round. Power takes a little breather and maintains the position. The referee will be looking for him to stay active from such a dominant position though. Both fighters are breathing heavily. Power working Eddie over with strikes here. Eddie is trying desperately to improve position. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Eddie tries to lock up and control but Power gives him a forearm to the face and pushes him away. Eddie is trying desperately to improve position. Eddie is working hard here to advance position. Eddie tries to improve his position but instead Power has taken his back! Power gets his hooks in and is throwing strikes. Power is throwing punches to the body, looking to soften Eddie up.

Power lands strikes to the head. Eddie turns into Power and is now in his guard.
Eddie trying to control but Power is working from the bottom. Eddie is fighting to break Power's control of his arms but Power is doing a good job of controlling the position at the moment. Eddie slows down the pace of the fight for a moment. He'll need to remain active if he doesn't want to see the fight stood back up. A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Eddie accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Eddie trying to land body shots but he keeps hitting the mat. Eddie decides to stand up and beckons his opponent to follow. Eddie shoots and misses and Power counters with a single leg into guard. Eddie didn't expect that. Power trying to control but Eddie is working from the bottom. Eddie tries to land a sweep but no joy. Eddie avoiding any damage from the ground and pound. Power trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet. Power throwing strikes but missing. Eddie looking to sweep here. No luck so far.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Power passes easily into side control. Nice work. Eddie gives up the full mount - oops, sloppy defensive grappling there! Power landing strikes from the mount and Eddie is in trouble! Power cracks Eddie with a nasty head shot there - the crowd let out an audible gasp there, as the noise reverberated around the arena.
Power controlling the position easily from mount. Eddie bucks up and manages to get a nice reversal! He's in guard on the top - nicely done! Eddie stands up and waves to Power to follow him.
And that's the end of the fight! Paul Power comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. I think Power has won this one but let's see whether the judges agree with me. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
