Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Christian Watford (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Hanzo Hazashi (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Man, I cannot wait for this one!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Christian Watford!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

1 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Hanzo Hazashi!
The judges for this bout are Felipe Paraventi, Paulo Santos and Leandro Rodrigues.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Watford feints and then winds up with a huge right hand that connects perfectly and sends Hazashi sprawling to the canvas! Hazashi rolls over backwards and springs off the cage and manages to regain his footing - how acrobatic! Oh, he's still wobbly - can Watford finish him?!
It looks like Hanzo Hazashi has been cut.
Wow, both these guys are really going for it!
Watford has managed to clinch.
Hazashi breaks from the clinch.
Watford fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Hazashi, pushing him back against the cage.
Hazashi with the Thai clinch, lands a knee to the head.
It looks like Christian Watford has been cut.
Watford lands an uppercut.
Hazashi has Watford pressed up against the cage and is working for takedown. Watford manages to improve position though and keeps the fight standing.
A head punch on the inside from Watford fails to land.
Watford tries a shoulder strike but it doesn't do any damage.
Watford's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.
Watford darts in and clinches Hazashi up against the cage.
Watford has double underhooks and is working for a body lock takedown. He's got it. The fighters land in half guard but Hazashi regains guard immediately.

Hazashi escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Watford gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.
Watford is holding a leg here, probably looking for an ankle lock - he drops back and goes for it! Hazashi is in trouble! Is it all over??? No! Hazashi has escaped and now he's on top!

Hazashi postures up in Watford's guard and throws a big left but Watford blocks it.
Watford pulls Hazashi in to control the position.

A real slowdown in the pace of the fight for a moment, as Watford holds on and takes a little breather.
Watford looking for a sweep. Not yet Watford, not yet.
Watford utilising some decent striking defenses from the guard, preventing the ground and pound.
Hazashi loading up with the ground and pound but he's missing more than he's landing in this flurry.
Hazashi is on the wrong end of a couple of strikes there.

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.

Hazashi needs to keep his hands up - Watford had a free shot at his head there.

Watford closes the distance and looks for a trip takedown... aaaand he's got it - Watford lands in his opponent's guard.

And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action.
Hazashi takes a jab on the nose. He smiles like he loves it and keeps coming.
Watford throws a wild body kick that Hazashi sees coming a mile off.

Hazashi has thrown up a leg looking for a triangle. Watford doesn't defend quickly enough and Hazashi has managed to lock this one up! Can Watford escape?! NO! He's tapping out! Damn, that was a quick submission - congrats to Hazashi on a fantastic submission victory.
