The judges for this bout are Gwen Towbar, Cecil Peabody and Tiny Johnson.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Nelson circles away from the clinch attempt.
Kazan is looking to take this fight into the clinch.

The fight stays on the outside here - Kazan looks like he's thinking about clinching though.
Kazan tries to bum rush Nelson with a series of wild strikes but Nelson uses good footwork to avoid the assault.

Kazan pushes Nelson away and creates a bit of space to escape. He's almost out here... but no, Nelson gets a good hold of his legs and remains firmly in side control.

Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.

Kazan is trying to stand back up but Nelson is controlling him
Kazan trying desperately to get back to his feet here but he's not having any joy at all. He's going to tire himself out if he's not careful.

Kazan has left one of his arms exposed and Nelson doesn't need a second invitation. He's isolated it and locked on a tight armbar. Kazan screams and taps out, obviously in a lot of pain. Hopefully there isn't permanent damage to that arm.
