Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Arthur Dayne (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Mandla Bangizwe (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Dayne's entrance music is South of Heaven. A fine choice. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Bangizwe fakes with the hands and throws a leg kick but Dayne is out of range.
Dayne fails with an attempt to clinch.
Oooooooooooh, not good. A low kick from Dayne lands where it shouldn't have, right in the... well, you know what he did? He kicked him in the penis. He's injured, injured bad. The referee sends both fighters to their corners and Bangizwe has 5 minutes to recover. He's OK now though... a thumbs up from Bangizwe and we're back underway with a touch of gloves.
Bangizwe avoids the body shot from Dayne.
Dayne is looking to take this fight into the clinch.
Bangizwe works over Dayne's head and body with a nice combination.

It looks like Arthur Dayne has been cut.
Bangizwe tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.

Dayne does a little shimmy and throws a leg kick. The leg kick missed by a considerable margin though, making him look a little bit silly for doing the shimmy.
Dayne looks to land a right hand but Bangizwe moved out of range.
Dayne throws a looping overhand right but Bangizwe ducks down to avoid it.
Dayne scores with a reasonable looking shot to the body. Bangizwe doesn't seem bothered though.

Bangizwe throws a leg kick which misses Dayne's front leg but catches the back leg as Dayne tries to avoid it.

and Dayne counters with a right hand to the body.
Dayne takes a kick to the body and keeps moving.

and Bangizwe counters with a nice body kick.
Arthur Dayne seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Bangizwe walks forward and throws out a flicking leg kick. Dayne checks it nicely though, as he moves to the side.

Dayne uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Bangizwe.

Dayne throws a leg kick that is checked
and Bangizwe makes him pay by landing a thudding low kick.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Dayne tries to check the leg kick but that clearly hurt him.
Bangizwe fakes with a right hand and throws a good leg kick, right into the thigh. That had to hurt Dayne.

and Dayne counters with a shot to the ribs. That looked like it hurt.
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!

Mandla Bangizwe seems to be getting the better of the standup.
Bangizwe turns his hip over beautifully as he lands a nice leg kick.
A head kick by Bangizwe - that's a beauty! Dayne is out but he's somehow still standing... he's going... going... gone. Like a drunk walking down the middle of the road, the inevitable face plant follows and the delayed knockout arrives. Even Bangizwe can't help but laugh at the bizarre end to this one!
