Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The judges for this bout are Steve Montenegro, Columbo Gatti and Lou da Vinci.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Mac has managed to clinch.
Mac with an attempt at a knee that misses.
Garrison tries for a takedown but Mac manages to get underhooks.
Mac has managed to pull guard. Let's see whether he can work an aggressive guard. It will also be interesting to see what tactics Garrison uses from the top position.
Mac is edging up against the cage. He's using the cage to get back to his feet. Nice work there - the fighters are clinched.
Garrison is looking to control Mac's arms but Mac gets an underhook and turns him. Now Garrison has his back to the cage.

Mac shoots in and bounces Garrison off the cage to secure the takedown into guard.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.
Mac decides he's had enough of playing guard and decides to stand. Come on Garrison, up you get!
Mac avoids a lazy jab quite easily.
Mac goes for a spinning back kick but it misses.
Garrison throws a solid leg kick but Mac takes the impact on his shin and smiles at Garrison.
Mac looks for a takedown. He's got it. We're now in half guard.
Mac stops Garrison from getting back to his feet.
Mac thumps the canvas. Not on purpose obviously - he just missed Garrison's head.

Mac shoots for a double leg takedown but Garrison sprawls well. He's pushed Mac's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.

so Mac counters with a double leg into guard. Good agility.
Mac postures up in Garrison's guard and throws a big left but Garrison blocks it.

Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.
The referee has ruled that neither fighter is active enough on the ground and has stood them back up.
Garrison swats away the attempt to clinch by Mac.
Garrison misses with a jab, cross combination.
Mac checks a low kick from Garrison.
Mac darts in and clinches Garrison up against the cage.
Mac fails to pull guard.
Mac using the Thai plumb to throw knees but Garrison has his back arched nicely, preventing the strike.
Mac throws a vicious knee straight up the middle but Garrison blocks it with crossed arms.

Garrison goes for a takedown attempt but Mac pushes him away and we're back to fighting at a distance.
Garrison keeps the fight on the outside.

Mac lands a nice knee to the body.
Garrison tries to pull guard but Mac holds him up against the cage and eventually Garrison drops back down to his feet.
Gene A Mac has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Danny Garrison.
Mac drops to a knee looking for a takedown but Garrison gets the underhooks and prevents it.
Garrison is pressed up against the cage. Mac has hold of a leg and is looking to drag Garrison down to the mat. Garrison avoids the attempt though and has circled away. We're back to striking at a distance.
Garrison looks to land a combination. Mac sees it coming but can only parry a couple of the shots.
Mac is looking to take this fight into the clinch.
Garrison slaps away a takedown attempt from Mac, before circling back to the center of the mat.
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.

Garrison misses with an uppercut. Mac saw that one coming.
Garrison rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Mac moves out of range and avoids them all easily.

and Mac counters with a takedown into full mount! That could mean trouble for Garrison!

Garrison is desperately trying to improve his position but Mac has a good base and remains in mount.

The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business. Ladies and gentlemen, this is the final round!

and Mac counters into the clinch. Nicely done.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Mac throws a strike but Garrison rolls with it and manages to sweep. Now he's in guard on top.

Garrison lands a beautiful switch and he's in full mount! That could spell trouble for Mac!
Mac avoids a strike by Garrison and manages to complete a very nice reversal in the process, to end up in Garrison's guard! Fantastic escape!

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.
Mac wants to stand but his hand is trapped. Garrison uses the opportunity to regain full guard.
Both fighters are breathing heavily.
Garrison tries to land a sweep but no joy.
The crowd thankful this round is nearly over.

Well I reckon that's a shut out for Mac, winning every round. Will the judges agree? They are the ones who matter, even if they are often depressingly incompetent. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
