PBP Commentary

Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Jake Tyler (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jeff Stevenson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Stevenson comes into a darkened arena with his song building. This Love, This Hate by Hollywood Undead kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! Both fighters will be looking to make this an exciting fight for the fans, I'm sure!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Tyler uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Stevenson.
Stevenson lands a really nice looking cross but Tyler seems unphased.
Tyler tries to score a power double leg takedown but Stevenson sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Tyler somewhat.
A looping hook to the body misses from Stevenson. Tyler does a little dance to reset his feet.

Tyler is looking for a takedown here. He's shot in and has managed to get it, finishing up in Stevenson's half guard.
We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.
