Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Franklyn Lucas, Steve Montenegro and Reed Andrews.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Parish throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
succubus slips under a jab from Parish.
succubus staying out of range there.

succubus finds nothing but air with that leg kick attempt.
succubus scores with a head kick.
Parish shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in succubus's guard.
Parish postures up.
succubus working the defensive guard well to avoid strikes from Parish.
Parish scoring with punches to the head and body.
Parish wants to pass the guard but succubus is keeping the position.
Parish stopping the sweep attempt from succubus.

Parish is looking to work some ground and pound but succubus has wrist control.
Parish is working succubus over from the guard. He should look to pass the guard and do a little more damage with these strikes.
Parish trying to land body shots but he keeps hitting the mat.

Parish is in close to succubus's body, working some short punches and elbows.
Parish is pushing down on succubus's leg trying to pass to half guard. succubus is fighting to maintain full guard but Parish has managed to sneak the leg through.
Parish uses his free foot to push down on succubus's thigh. Eventually he works his other foot free and he's advanced to mount - this is trouble for succubus.
That's two minutes gone in the round.

Parish cracks succubus with a nasty head shot there - the crowd let out an audible gasp there, as the noise reverberated around the arena.
It looks like liz succubus has been cut.
Parish is landing with some decent strikes but succubus is trying to advance his position so the referee is letting the fight continue.
That has opened up liz succubus's cut even more.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Parish sends his fist crashing into the mat - the crowd let out a collective ooooooh. Let's hope he's not broken it!

liz succubus's cut is absolute horrible now. This looks like something out of a horror film with blood covering both fighters.
The referee calls the doctor in to look at liz succubus's cut. Oh no, the doctor has called an end to the bout!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:01 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Cut). Fredo Parish!
