Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Shane Whitaker (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Demarcus DeSilva (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Whitaker comes to the ring accompanied by "Through the Fire and Flames" by Dragon Force. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the ring.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 8 - 2 - 0, fighting out of London, Shane Whitaker!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 2 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Demarcus DeSilva!
The judges for this bout are Richard Clark, Daniel Bishop and William Gold.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Whitaker closes this distance looking for a takedown but DeSilva circles away.
DeSilva misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
DeSilva misses with a low kick.
Whitaker waving his hands out in front of him, looking to distract DeSilva.
Whitaker shoots in and drives through. DeSilva sprawls well.
DeSilva throws a head kick but Whitaker moves out of range.

Whitaker is looking for a sweep. DeSilva is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position.

Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
DeSilva feints with a shoulder and throws a nice leg kick to Whitaker's calf.

and Whitaker counters with a nice single leg takedown and he's in DeSilva's guard now.

The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action. This is the final round!
