Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Jimbo Stapelstaden (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jamal Quik (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Quik has chosen Three 6 Mafia - I Got as his entrance music. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Ben Zyskovitsi, Tarja Halkonen and Matti Vanhoillinen.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Quik takes a shot right to the bread basket.
Stapelstaden scores with a sloppy right hand. Quik should have avoided that one.
Quik scores with a sloppy punch to the body. Not much technique there but it did the business.
Stapelstaden ducks under a wild hook from Quik.
Stapelstaden thuds his right hand into Quik's forehead from close range. That could be painful for both fighters.
A right-left combo lands from Stapelstaden.

Stapelstaden throws a looping overhand right but Quik ducks down to avoid it.
Stapelstaden fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Quik manages to avoid it.
Quik feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.

Stapelstaden throws a shot from downtown. Quik moves away and avoids it.

Quik throws a low kick, looking for Stapelstaden's leg but Stapelstaden calmly moves out of range.
Stapelstaden is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Quik.
Quik displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Stapelstaden throws out the jab.

Quik scores with a nice one two combo and darts back out of range to avoid anything coming in the opposite direction.

A punch lands to the side of Quik 's head but he takes it in his stride.

Stapelstaden connects with a nice cross there... Quik is looking wobbly and Stapelstaden recognises it - he's rushed in and lands two more brutal shots that send Quik to the canvas, out cold! A brutal finish to the fight - Stapelstaden jumps onto the cage to celebrate with the crowd!
