Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Henrik Sefastsson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ranta Ringen (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Ranta Ringen will no doubt be trying to keep this one on the feet, where he has a distinct advantage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
1 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Henrik Sefastsson! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Ranta Ringen! The judges for this bout are Ben Zyskovitsi, Matti Vanhoillinen and Tarja Halkonen.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Sefastsson comes forward and lands a shot to the body, then darts back out of range. A punch combination from Sefastsson misses. Sefastsson shoots in and bounces Ringen off the cage to secure the takedown into guard. Sefastsson stands up from Ringen's guard - Sefastsson perhaps looking for a knockout. Ringen tries to close the distance and clinch up but Sefastsson swats him away and circles back towards the center. Ringen gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily and Sefastsson counters with a shoot takedown into half guard. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Sefastsson seems content to maintain position for now, rather than mounting any offense. Sefastsson seems to be taking a bit of a break to think of his next move. He lands a short punch in the meantime. Sefastsson lands a big shot. The thud that echoes around the arena is like music to the fans' ears. Ringen is looking to control Sefastsson's leg but it's slowly edging free. Can Ringen avoid being mounted?
That's one minute gone in the round. Sefastsson slips a nice elbow through Ringen's hands, connecting with Ringen's forehead. Sefastsson has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission. Sefastsson frees up his trapped foot and advances to mount. Sefastsson lands a shot to the body, followed up by a shot to the exposed head of his trapped opponent.
Sefastsson putting on the heat here with some good ground and pound! Ringen has left one of his arms exposed and Sefastsson doesn't need a second invitation. He's isolated it and locked on a tight armbar. Ringen screams and taps out, obviously in a lot of pain. Hopefully there isn't permanent damage to that arm.
