2 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Timzi Turpasauna! The judges for this bout are Roosa Järviläinen, Anni Minnemäki and Tarja Halkonen.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Turpasauna leaves Pro Cop with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt. Pro Cop looking to shoot here. He's gone for it and he's landed a takedown into mount! Oh, that's bad for Turpasauna! Pro Cop jumps to side control looking for an arm triangle but Turpasauna manages to avoid the submission attempt. Turpasauna manages to get back to half guard. Pro Cop trying to mount his opponent but Turpasauna defends it. Pro Cop will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions. Turpasauna is controlling Pro Cop's position as best he can from this difficult position. The fighters are battling for position here. Turpasauna manages to regain full guard. Nice work. Pro Cop looking to pass the guard. We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Turpasauna can do anything to dispel that myth. Pro Cop trying to control the position from guard on top but Turpasauna is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
That's one minute gone in the round. Turpasauna wants to sweep but no luck. Turpasauna is working actively from the bottom, looking for submissions. He's escaped his hips to the side and he's going for an armbar! Pro Cop has his hands clasped together but Turpasauna extends an breaks Pro Cop's desperate grasp, forcing a tap out due to armbar! Nice BJJ displayed there by Turpasauna.
