Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between George Punishment (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ben Linus (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Punishment might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to Break Stuff. Ben Linus will no doubt be trying to keep this one on the feet, where he has a distinct advantage.

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The judges for this bout are Steve Erwin, Donatello Bradman and Hugh Johnson.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Punishment defends well against a solid takedown attempt from Linus.
Linus shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Punishment but Punishment pushes him off and we're back to square one.
Linus shoots in looking for a single leg takedown. Punishment is trying to defend but Linus finishes it well and ends up in half guard. Let's see if he can advance position further.
Punishment tries to regain full guard. Instead though, Linus has advanced to mount. Uh oh.

Punishment wants to control but Linus is having none of it.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.
Punishment is desperately trying to improve his position but Linus has a good base and remains in mount.
Punishment tries to lock up and control but Linus gives him a forearm to the face and pushes him away.

Linus won't let Punishment get back to his feet... He wants to keep the fight where it is for now.

Linus tucks in and makes sure he doesn't lose the dominant position.

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.

That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.
Linus pushes Punishment up against the cage in a clinch.
Linus tries to stall but Punishment uses the opportunity to gain a better position.
Linus pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.
Linus throws a lazy right hand but Punishment sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.
Linus shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Punishment sprawls well. Punishment wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Linus gets slowly back to his feet.
Linus tries to clinch up but Punishment circles away and keeps his distance.
Linus looks to land a combination but Punishment avoids it well.
George Punishment is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things.
Linus shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Punishment pinned against the cage. Punishment gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.
Linus shoots in for a takedown but Punishment shows good takedown defense.
George Punishment has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Ben Linus.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Punishment throws a sloppy head kick and Linus moves out of range easily.
Linus is breathing heavily.
Punishment tries to clinch but Linus moves out of range.

Punishment drops back, looking for a kneebar! Linus looks panicked! The fighters roll across the mat, one looking to finish, one looking to escape. Linus looks to have wriggled free... Yes, he's got his leg free and he's dived into side control! Good work there from Linus!

Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.
Punishment is trying to control Linus's posture but Linus avoids it.
Punishment is looking to regain half guard here but Linus keeps moving and retains side control.

Linus decides to stand up, so the ref orders Punishment to his feet.
Linus scores with a takedown into Punishment's guard.

Punishment wants to sweep but no luck.
The crowd thankful this round is nearly over.
Linus seems content to control from guard here. He's going to have to remain active though if he doesn't want to get stood back up.

Ben Linus showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.

Punishment trying to control but Linus is working from the bottom.
Punishment pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. Linus is keeping the position for now.

A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd.
The referee has ruled that neither fighter is active enough on the ground and has stood them back up.
Linus closes the distance and pushes Punishment back into the cage.
Linus comes over the top with an elbow. That landed flush.
Linus breaks from the clinch.
Linus misses with a takedown attempt
and Punishment counters with a nice single leg takedown and he's in Linus's guard now.
Linus manages to escape and get back to his feet.
Linus misses with a series of wild punches.
Linus goes for a spinning back kick but it misses.
That's three minutes gone in the round.
Linus shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Punishment as he avoids it easily.
Linus shoots in and gets a takedown into half guard. Linus showed some decent athleticism there.
Punishment is controlling Linus's trapped leg to prevent Linus from advancing to side control.
Punishment has no desire to be mounted, so is trying to control. Linus is working away from the top position though.
That's four minutes gone in the round.
Linus stalling.
George Punishment has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here!
Ben Linus is fighting for a decision here - he's started to take the cautious approach.
Linus is thinking about going for an arm triangle but he can't free his leg.
And that's the end of the fight!
George Punishment showed his dominance in that final round.
