Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between ERS One (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Pablo Cesar (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Fingers crossed for an exciting fight - I'm sure both fighters are looking for a nice under the table bonus!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, ERS One!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 4 - 2 - 0, fighting out of London, Pablo Cesar!
The judges for this bout are Paul Tew, Andrew Berry and Daniel Bishop.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A swing and a miss from One.

One tries to keep at a distance but Cesar has taken the fight into the clinch.
Cesar is trying to work for a single leg takedown but One pulls him back up using the underhooks.
Cesar fails to pull the fight into his guard.
One stops a takedown attempt from Cesar.
ERS One has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Pablo Cesar.

One tries to break free but Cesar pushes him back against the cage.

One lands a powerful looking uppercut that connected with his opponent's jaw.

Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.

ERS One seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

One stalks Cesar and leaps in with a furious combination of punches. Uppercuts and crosses smash into Cesar's face. Cesar staggers backwards, shaken.
One throws a lazy right hand but Cesar sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.
Good standup being displayed there by One as he connects with a hook.
One throws a jab when Cesar was well out of range.
One looks to land a right hand but Cesar moved out of range.
A decent looking cross lands there for One.
One misses with a two punch combination.
Cesar throws a combination but it was largely blocked by One.

One is using his height advantage well here, landing a good percentage of his punches.

It looks like ERS One has been cut.

One sizes up Cesar with a pawing jab and scores with a straight right down the middle.
One throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.

Cesar has One up against the cage in a clinch.
Cesar jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as One walks away with a smile on his face. Cesar gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head.

One tries to break the clinch but Cesar is controlling the position.

Cesar takes a big uppercut there. He seems a bit wobbly but no, he's OK.

Cesar throws a solid leg kick but One takes the impact on his shin and smiles at Cesar.

Cesar shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says One as he avoids it easily.
One cracks Cesar with a hook to the jaw. Both fighters smile at eachother and high-five before getting back down to business.
Cesar tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but One paws at him with a jab and circles away.
One connects with a lovely right hand, straight down the pipe.
Cesar is looking to clinch but One is avoiding it.
One throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Cesar sees it coming and avoids it easily.
Good shot there by One.
ERS One is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
The fight stays on the outside here - Cesar looks like he's thinking about clinching though.
Cesar throws a body kick that digs right into the meat.
One is really head hunting here, hardly looking to strike to the body at all.
One is breathing heavily.
Cesar misses with a hook. One ducked under it nicely.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.
One tries to break the clinch but Cesar is controlling the position.
Cesar is trying to drag One to the mat but One just about manages to keep his footing. He used the cage to his advantage there.
One wants to break the clinch but can't.
Cesar tries to pull guard but One holds him up against the cage and eventually Cesar drops back down to his feet.
Cesar goes for a takedown attempt but One pushes him away and we're back to fighting at a distance.

Cesar shoots in for a takedown from distance. He catches One napping and manages to drive through into side control!
We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.

Cesar wants to lay and pray for a moment but One keeps working.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
One tries to get back to half guard but can't.

One tries to work a leg under to get back to half guard but Cesar wriggles his own leg back out and remains in side control.

The crowd are starting to boo a lack of action.

One pushes Cesar away and creates a bit of space to escape. He's almost out here... but no, Cesar gets a good hold of his legs and remains firmly in side control.
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.
One tries to work a leg under to get back to half guard but Cesar wriggles his own leg back out and remains in side control.

Cesar is looking to finish here, going for an Americana. One knows the correct defense though, so he's OK.

Cesar works to advance to full mount. One defends for a few seconds but eventually he succumbs.
The crowd thankful this round is nearly over.
Cesar avoids the attempt from One to control.
Cesar pausing momentarily but resumes with a couple of decent strikes that do a bit of damage.

Pablo Cesar showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.

Cesar has managed to pull guard. Let's see whether he can work an aggressive guard. It will also be interesting to see what tactics One uses from the top position.

Cesar lands a beautiful switch and he's in full mount! That could spell trouble for One!

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
The crowd growing excited in anticipation of a finish here! Right on cue, Cesar cracks his opponent with a massive right hand that draws loud cheers!
Cesar can't quite control the action as he would like just now, as One is looking to escape.
One's corner are shouting for him to stand up but that's bad cornering - how is he meant to stand up when he's mounted? He should be looking to improve his position on the ground before trying to stand back up.

Cesar has hold of One's left arm, perhaps looking for a submission. The two fighters tussle over control of the isolated limb and One manages to get his arm back to his side and away from danger.
ERS One has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here!
Pablo Cesar is fighting for a decision here - he's started to take the cautious approach.
Cesar has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan.
One is trying desperately to improve position.

Well Cesar has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
