Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Tucker James (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Fernando Gracie (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). James comes into the arena with - blaring out of the sound system. This should be fireworks!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
2 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Tucker James! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
2 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Fernando Gracie! The judges for this bout are Alexandre Firmino, Luis Engracia and Mauricio Rocha.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Gracie showing good head movement there, avoiding the strikes from James.
A slow jab from James misses its intended target. Tucker James seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Gracie moves out of range as James strikes. James gets taken down but at least he's managed to land in guard. The fighters are tangled up in the ropes here. We might need a restart if the fighters can't break free themselves. Gracie decides to stand up and beckons his opponent to follow. James scores with a decent looking hook. Gracie ducks under a wild hook from James. Gracie avoids the body shot from James.
Gracie closes the distance and looks for a trip takedown... aaaand he's got it - Gracie lands in his opponent's guard. Gracie passes James's right leg, so he's now in half guard. Gracie is working hard to pass the guard. He's done it - he's now in full mount! Trouble for James! James is looking to get to half guard. Gracie wants to take his opponent's back but he's not managed it. James can't escape the position.
That's one minute gone in the round. James has given up his back - I don’t know if this is a deliberate ploy to try and escape or if he is just struggling down there.
James is trying to defend against the choke here but Gracie has an arm under his chin. This one might not last much longer. Gracie Tightens the hold and James taps out furiously! Gracie displays superior BJJ to win the fight.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:28 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (RNC). Fernando Gracie!
