Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Benjamin Bruiser (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Psycho Sam (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Bruiser's ring entrance music is that housewives' favourite, Judas Priest, Painkiller. Psycho Sam has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Benjamin Bruiser! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Psycho Sam! The judges for this bout are Ben Zyskovitsi, Arvi Lind and Anni Minnemäki.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! A head kick misses from Sam. Bruiser with a body punch. A glancing blow. Sam fails in his attempt to clinch. Sam tries to close the distance and clinch but Bruiser swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away. Bruiser looks to score with a combo but nothing lands. Bruiser clobbers Sam with an overhand right that has the crowd gasping. That made a horrendous noise. A nice inside leg kick there by Sam. That's going to slow Bruiser down. Bruiser throws a head kick that misses and Sam makes him pay by landing a nice hook to the body before moving out of range. Bruiser has taken the fight to the clinch.
Good anti-grappling being displayed by Bruiser as Sam tries to tie him up. Sam keeps control of Bruiser as he tries to wriggle out of the double underhooks. Sam lands with a light punch inside. Sam lands an elbow that stopped Bruiser in his tracks for a moment. Bruiser is trying to work out of this bad position, with his back against the cage. Sam's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does. Bruiser looks to land a combination but Sam avoids it well. Sam darts in trying to clinch and Bruiser cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.
That's one minute gone in the round. Bruiser misses with a jab, cross combination.
Bruiser lands three nice shots there - that looked like it hurt!
Bruiser stuffs the takedown attempt from Sam. Sam gets slowly back to his feet. Sam looks gassed! Bruiser lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Sam circles away quickly and effectively. Sam uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Bruiser. Sam tries to close the distance and clinch up but Bruiser swats him away and circles back towards the center. Sam tries to clinch and Bruiser counters with a nice shoot takedown that brings the fighters to the ground. Sam wants to stand but Bruiser is controlling the position. Bruiser is sitting in guard, working some ground and pound. Sam wants to get back to his feet but Bruiser is in a dominant position and won't allow it. Bruiser landing some decent shots from guard.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Bruiser is taking a break and basically stalling. The referee will not allow him to do that for long. Bruiser thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position. Bruiser throwing shots from guard but he's hitting more mat than opponent. Bruiser working from the guard for now, landing some ground and pound. A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Bruiser accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand. Bruiser stops Sam from standing up.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Bruiser is looking to work some ground and pound but Sam has wrist control. Sam is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two. Bruiser keeps in close for a moment and lands a decent shot to the side of Sam's head. Bruiser throwing elbows and punches but not connecting, as Sam works some decent striking defense from the bottom.
Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up. Bruiser turns his hip over beautifully as he lands a nice leg kick. Sam tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Bruiser paws at him with a jab and circles away. Bruiser connects with a single shot there. Bruiser throws a series of punches but Sam avoids them all with ease. Sam has his takedown stuffed and Bruiser counters with a nice shoot takedown that brings the fighters to the ground. Sam is trying to stand up but he's not managed so far. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult. Bruiser is sitting in guard, working some ground and pound.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Sam working the defensive guard well to avoid strikes from Bruiser. Bruiser working some ground and pound from guard but it's not doing any damage. Bruiser stands and throws Sam's legs to the side, diving into side control. Bruiser is looking for a kimura. He might have it! No, Sam has escaped the position, nice work there. Bruiser is looking to finish here, going for an Americana. Sam knows the correct defense though, so he's OK. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Sam pushes Bruiser away and creates a bit of space to escape. He's almost out here... but no, Bruiser gets a good hold of his legs and remains firmly in side control. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Benjamin Bruiser dominated that round. That's the end of the round. The referee orders the cornermen out of the cage so we can get back down to business.

Benjamin Bruiser is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things. Bruiser lands a head shot. Bruiser fails to land the takedown. Bruiser throws a combination that misses and Sam counters with a nice low kick that buckles Bruiser's knee momentarily. Sam clinches. Sam lands an elbow just above Bruiser 's eye. Sam pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat. Sam looks to clinch and Bruiser counters with a lovely straight right hand! Bruiser falls off balance throwing a combination
and Sam counters with a kick to the head that grazes his opponent. Bruiser is lucky that one didn't land flush. Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here. Sam is looking to clinch. Sam tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion. Sam moves in looking to clinch but Bruiser pushes him off. Bruiser fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.

Bruiser moves into range and clinches up with Sam. Bruiser is looking to break free of the clinch but Sam has double underhooks. Sam wants a takedown but no success here.
Sam is clearly stalling here... Pick up the pace son.
Bruiser is looking for a takedown up against the cage. Sam gets underhooks though and prevents the takedown attempt. Bruiser jumps guard but Sam stands there with Bruiser around his waist. Bruiser gives up and drops back to his feet. We remain in the clinch.

and Sam counters by moving into the clinch. Good anticipation by Sam. Sam working Bruiser over with knees to the body. Bruiser breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat. Sam looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Bruiser is fending him off so far but Sam persists. Nope, Bruiser circles away and we're back to standing. Sam tries to clinch but Bruiser moves out of range. Sam shoots for a takedown but Bruiser saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily. Bruiser swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Sam is looking to clinch. Bruiser throws a jab, cross combination which is slipped
and Sam moves into the clinch. Sam lands a knee to the head.
Sam lands with a good tight uppercut to the head.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Sam prevents Bruiser from breaking the clinch. Sam misses with a short punch on the inside. Sam fails to pull the fight into his guard.
Bruiser tries to take the fight to the ground by pulling guard but can't manage it.
A battle for position here, against the cage. A frustrated look appears on Bruiser's face as he tries to break the clinch. Bruiser looking to slow down the pace here. Sam misses with a knee strike.
Bruiser tries to circle away but Sam has him pinned against the cage. Bruiser wants to push off and get back to the center of the mat but Sam has him pressed against the cage. Sam pulls Bruiser into guard.
Bruiser passes Sam's left leg - he's now in half guard. Sam manages to get to full guard.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Psycho Sam showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. The minute break is over - no more time for sponges and pep talks - back to the action! This is the final round!

Sam with the Thai clinch, lands a knee to the head. An uppercut on the inside fails to land for Sam. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Sam is trying to break the clinch but Bruiser has him pressed against the cage. Bruiser is working hard here but doesn't seem to be able to control effectively, up against the cage. Both fighters are breathing heavily. Bruiser is trying to break free. Bruiser wants to push off and get back to the center of the mat but Sam has him pressed against the cage.

Sam pivots as if he's going to throw a leg kick but stops half way. Bruiser keeps the fight on the outside. Benjamin Bruiser is winning the standup battle so far. Sam tries to grapple but his opponent circles and Bruiser counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw. Bruiser scores with a decent looking hook.
That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight. Bruiser throws a wild combination but nothing lands. A leg kick checked by Sam. Some wild striking there from Bruiser.
Bruiser misses with a hook. Sam scores with a hook to the body. Bruiser takes a step back and tries to catch his breath. Sam closes the distance and scores a nice trip takedown into half guard. Bruiser did well to prevent Sam getting side control. Bruiser manages to get to full guard.
Sam wants to control from the top but Bruiser keeps moving. Sam lands a nice shot whilst sitting in his opponent's guard.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Sam landing with the ground and pound. Bruiser manages to sweep nicely, so he's now on top. Sam manages to get himself to full guard.
Bruiser drops back, looking for a kneebar! Sam looks panicked! The fighters roll across the mat, one looking to finish, one looking to escape. Sam looks to have wriggled free... Yes, he's got his leg free and he's dived into side control! Good work there from Sam! Sam in side control, throwing shots but Bruiser defends. Bruiser manages to land a sweep and he's now on top! Lovely Jiu Jitsu! Sam is trying to stand back up but Bruiser is controlling him
That's four minutes gone in the round. Bruiser is trying to work for a kimura but Sam is defending well.
Bruiser is looking to pass Sam's guard but actually Sam recovers to full guard. Sam controls Bruiser momentarily but Bruiser frees himself. The crowd thankful this round is nearly over. Sam preventing the ground and pound from doing any damage.
And that's the end of the fight! Psycho Sam comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. I think Sam has won this one but let's see whether the judges agree with me. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
