Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Kieron King (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Julio Artigas (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). King kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is Men at Work - Land Down Under. Artigas is bobbing his head along to his entrance song: Candombe. I can't wait for this one - let's get the fighter introductions out of the way and get this one started!

The judges for this bout are Steve Erwin, John Mangel and Eliza Hachem.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Artigas fails with the takedown.
King forces Artigas back against the cage and clinches.
Artigas goes for a takedown in the clinch but King prevents it.
King is working on a single leg takedown against the cage. Artigas can't fight it off and eventually King manages to take the fight to the floor. Artigas looks annoyed but at least he's managed to land in guard.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

King stands up and we're back to a striking position.
King lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Artigas circles away quickly and effectively.

That was a close round but I would say that Kieron King will probably get the nod.
The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action!

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.

It looks like we're going to have a standup here. Neither fighter is doing enough on the ground.
Artigas shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in King's guard.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.

Artigas jumps to side control looking for an arm triangle but King manages to avoid the submission attempt.
Artigas has hold of King's arm. He's looking for a kimura. King seems comfortable defending it but Artigas has shifted his position slighty and is cranking on the arm! King is real pain and he's forced to tap out! King is disgusted with himself for not defending it better but Artigas couldn't care less - he's delighted!
