The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Capuccio tries to score a power double leg takedown but Rich sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Capuccio somewhat.
Rich lands a jab-cross combination.
Capuccio tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Rich swivels and escapes.

Capuccio is looking to clinch but Rich is avoiding it.

Rich stalks Capuccio and leaps in with a furious combination of punches. Uppercuts and crosses smash into Capuccio's face. Capuccio staggers backwards, shaken.

and Rich counters by moving into the clinch. Good anticipation by Rich.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Rich is intent on slowing down the pace of the fight, simply looking to control.

Jay Rich comfortably won the final round on my scorecard.
Well Rich has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
