Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Hulk Hogan (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Mimi Masters (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 6 - 3 - 0, fighting out of London, Hulk Hogan!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 2 - 2 - 0, fighting out of London, Mimi Masters!
The judges for this bout are Colin Fotheringham, James Atkins and Paul Tew.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Hogan moves in looking to clinch but Masters pushes him off.
Masters fails to land with a series of punches.
Hogan chopping away at his opponent's legs.
Hogan is looking to clinch.

Hogan clinches up with Masters and pushes him back against the cage.
Good body shot from Hogan.
Masters is trying to work for a single leg takedown but Hogan pulls him back up using the underhooks.
Hogan stalling in the clinch.
Masters is trying to drag Hogan to the mat but Hogan just about manages to keep his footing. He used the cage to his advantage there.
Masters wants a takedown.
Hulk Hogan has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Mimi Masters.
Masters is looking for a takedown up against the cage. Hogan gets underhooks though and prevents the takedown attempt.
Masters looks gassed!
The referee is keeping an eye on Hogan - much more stalling and he will separate the fighters.

Masters goes for a takedown in the clinch but Hogan prevents it.
Masters has hold of a leg and is looking for a trip takedown. Hogan avoids it nicely though and we remain in the clinch.

Hogan wants the takedown. Masters is fighting it off but Hogan persists and manages to bring the fight to the ground, ending up in Masters's guard against the cage.

Masters really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Hogan. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
Hogan is just sitting in guard, looking to avoid any submissions.
Hogan stands and throws Masters's legs to the side, diving into side control.
Hogan is staying tight to Masters's torso, preventing him from escaping.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Hogan has controlled the position for a good 20 seconds, which will no doubt be starting to frustrate his opponent.

Hogan takes a little breather and maintains the position. The referee will be looking for him to stay active from such a dominant position though.

Masters is bucking up trying to escape but Hogan cracks him with another couple of good strikes.

The referee stands the fighters back up. Hulk Hogan just wasn't active enough from the dominant position.
Masters on the receiving end of a decent leg kick there by Hogan. Hogan obviously looking to wear him down.
Hogan walks forward and throws out a flicking leg kick. Masters checks it nicely though, as he moves to the side.

Hogan throws the overhand right but ducks down into a quick takedown attempt. Masters was covering up waiting for the punch and Hogan finishes the takedown easily into guard.
Hogan is taking a break and basically stalling. The referee will not allow him to do that for long.
Masters can't keep his opponent in guard - Hogan advances to half guard, no doubt looking to mount.
The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end.

The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena.
Masters misses with the combination.
Hogan throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.

Hogan seems to have a rather negative gameplan on the ground. He seems keen to just score the takedown and hold down Masters for as long as he can get away with.

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.

Masters is in a horrible position here. Hogan smacks him with another shot as he tries to escape the position.

As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
Hogan pausing momentarily but resumes with a couple of decent strikes that do a bit of damage.

Well Hogan has outscored his opponent in every aspect of the fight today. Only a scarily incompetent judge or two will keep him from a well deserved win... Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
