The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Monuwe looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily.

Hasegawa pushes Monuwe away and creates a bit of space to escape. He's almost out here... but no, Monuwe gets a good hold of his legs and remains firmly in side control.
Monuwe swings around for an armbar but Hasegawa sees it coming a mile off and turns beautifully into Monuwe's guard.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Monuwe has his foot on Hasegawa's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Hasegawa works his way back into a safe position though.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.
Hasegawa throws a nice looking combination but Monuwe bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.

That was a close second round but I would say that Kutaro Hasegawa will probably get the nod.

Okaohose Monuwe comfortably won the final round on my scorecard.
