Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The judges for this bout are Alan Glass, Robert Twigg and Chris Downing.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Royal fails to land with a series of punches.
Hagman takes a jab right on the nose. That must have hurt but he shrugs his shoulders and looks to return the favor.
Royal lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Hagman circles away quickly and effectively.
Royal connects with a hook to the side of his opponent's head.
Hagman takes a punch to the jaw and another one to the bread basket.
Wow, both these guys are really going for it!
Royal defending well as Hagman loads up on a big left hand.
Royal slips a jab from Hagman.
Hagman throws a right hand that Royal ducks under and follows up with a left that Royal also avoids with ease.
Hagman throws the left hand but Royal avoids the punch easily.
Hagman misses with a looping right.
A left and a right from Royal both land. Nice combination.
Royal wings a very wild body shot but it does the job and lands to the midsection.
Hagman misses with a jab, cross combination.
Royal sizes up Hagman with a pawing jab and scores with a straight right down the middle.
Royal lands with an uppercut that bounces Hagman off the cage and back into rage.
Hagman is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Royal.
Hagman looks to land a left hand but Royal moved out of range nicely.

Hagman throws a looping overhand right but Royal ducks down to avoid it.

Hagman has his hands up protecting his head but a hook from Royal finds it's way round the side to connect with Hagman's head.
Royal takes a shot to the nose. Hopefully that hasn't broken it.

Royal closes the distance and lands a one-two.
Royal is using his reach advantage to land shots from outside his opponent's range.
Hagman lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Royal circles away quickly and effectively.
Boom, another hit is landed. "You're gunna get knocked out" taunts Royal, as that shot connected.
Hagman misses with a double jab.
Royal takes one on the chin but seems OK.
Royal is landing a lot of head punches in this opening round! Hagman had better start moving his head a bit unless he wants his face to turn into pâté.
Royal tries to close the distance and clinch up but Hagman swats him away and circles back towards the center.
Royal clobbers Hagman with an overhand right that has the crowd gasping. That made a horrendous noise.
Hagman is really head hunting here, hardly looking to strike to the body at all.
Royal scores with a big left there. The judges will like that one.
Royal throws a combination. Hagman tries to block but a couple of punches get through.

Royal has used his reach advantage pretty well so far tonight.

Royal bobs and weaves and throws out a fast jab that snaps Hagman's head backwards.

Hagman lands a left and a right that send Royal crashing to the mat, dazed. Hagman thinks about following him to the mat but decides to wave him back up to his feet!
Royal is still on wobbly legs! Can Hagman finish him?
