Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Josh Cozart (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Vekkuli Toveri (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Cozart comes to the cage accompanied by H-Bomb - Nightmare. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

8 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Josh Cozart!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

9 - 6 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Vekkuli Toveri!
The judges for this bout are Frank Dennis, Stewart Dunkirk and Tiny Johnson.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Toveri thows a body shot but no joy.
Toveri circles away from the clinch attempt.
Toveri throws a sloppy head kick and Cozart moves out of range easily.
Cozart moves into the clinch.
Cozart working on landing some head shots here - that one got through nicely.
Toveri breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Toveri throws a leg kick but Cozart moved away.
Cozart darts in and clinches Toveri up against the cage.
Toveri misses the knee to the body. Nice hip positioning from Cozart.
Cozart has Toveri pressed up against the cage and is working for takedown. Toveri manages to improve position though and keeps the fight standing.
Cozart lands a takedown into guard.
We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.
Cozart loading up with the ground and pound but he's missing more than he's landing in this flurry.

Cozart is working Toveri over from the guard. He should look to pass the guard and do a little more damage with these strikes.
Cozart drops back looking for a leg! Toveri is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Toveri manages to kick Cozart off! Cozart jumps back into Toveri's guard.
Cozart loading up with the ground and pound but he's missing more than he's landing in this flurry.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Cozart thows a big elbow that misses.
Toveri wants to stand but Cozart is controlling the position.
Cozart drops back looking for a heel hook - he quickly realises he's not going to get it but Toveri manages to dive on top of him before he can escape and now Cozart has Toveri in his guard.
Toveri tries to stand but Cozart is controlling from the bottom.
Cozart has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.
Toveri avoids a guillotine attempt easily.
Toveri stands and steps away. Cozart gets to his feet too and we're back to the striking game.
Cozart avoids the head kick by Toveri.
Josh Cozart seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Cozart tries to clinch up but Toveri circles away and keeps his distance.
Toveri throws a right high kick that is partially blocked by Cozart.
It looks like Josh Cozart has been cut.
Toveri rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Cozart moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
Thud! ouch! good body kick from Toveri - that will leave a mark!
Cozart is breathing heavily.
Cozart avoids the head kick by Toveri.
Toveri throws a hook but Cozart avoids it easily.
Cozart closes the distance and clinches.
Toveri can't break the clinch.
Cozart is working for a takedown up against the cage. He can't get it on this occasion though.
Toveri lands an elbow inside.
Cozart scores with a hook to the body.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Cozart can't get the takedown.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Josh Cozart. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Cozart drops down looking for an ankle pick but Toveri pulls his leg out and moves away.
The fighters are going at a pretty good pace and they're both starting to sweat now.
A nice leg kick lands there from Toveri.
Toveri looks to land a combination. Cozart sees it coming but can only parry a couple of the shots.
Cozart fails with a takedown attempt.
Cozart on the receiving end of a decent leg kick there by Toveri. Toveri obviously looking to wear him down.
That's a knee to de groin and it's over and out! Cozart crumples to the ground after an illegal strike from Toveri - the referee stops the clock and Cozart gets 5 minutes to recover from that one. "I'm sorry" says Toveri. Cozart manages to get back to his feet and the fight resumes.
Toveri dips down and scores with a jab to the body.
Toveri lands a jab-cross combination.
Danga de danga de dang - Toveri scores with a four punch combination!
Toveri throws a head kick that misses.

Toveri swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
No joy there for Toveri, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Cozart has taken the fight to the clinch.
Cozart avoiding damage as Toveri throws knees to the body.
A nice right hand lands inside from Cozart.
Toveri is pressed up against the cage. Cozart has hold of a leg and is looking to drag Toveri down to the mat. Toveri avoids the attempt though and has circled away. We're back to striking at a distance.
No luck with that takedown attempt from Cozart.
Nice jab there from Toveri.
Toveri scores with a jab to the jaw.
Toveri throws a quick head kick that skims the top of Cozart's head.
Josh Cozart's cut is getting worse.
Cozart shoots in but no luck this time.
Ohhhhh! A huge head kick from Toveri! Cozart is out on his feet! Toveri rushes in and throws more strikes. The ref is looking closely - Cozart is covering up but the punishment is just too much and the ref steps in to stop the fight! Cozart is staring into space, just thankful that the beatdown has ended. Brutal finish.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:40 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Vekkuli Toveri!
