Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Sub Mis (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Remy Lassard (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Remy Lassard is staring across the cage at his opponent, tweaking his nipples.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Sub Mis! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Remy Lassard! The judges for this bout are Dillan Fox, Robert Douchet and Yves DeLean.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Lassard shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Lassard is looking to take a break and control but Mis is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom. Mis is defending against the submission attempts here by Lassard.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Lassard wants to control but Mis is keeping him busy. Lassard seems to be looking for submissions.
Mis pushes Lassard off looking to stand but Lassard dives back in and keeps control.
Lassard is keen to just control but Mis is a slippery customer. Lassard has freed up his trapped foot and advances to mount.
That's one minute gone in the round. Mis is desperately trying to get back to half guard.
Mis might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground. Mis wants to hold on but Lassard pushes him away. Mis in a bad spot here, taking shots to the head. Lassard controlling from the full mount. Lassard can't quite control the action as he would like just now, as Mis is looking to escape. Lassard working away from the top, dropping strikes.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless. Lassard looking to control but Mis is working nicely, looking to advance position himself. The crowd growing excited in anticipation of a finish here! Right on cue, Lassard cracks his opponent with a massive right hand that draws loud cheers!
Mis knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Lassard on the ground. Lassard breaks from Mis's wrist control and lands an elbow. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Lassard trying to control but he's not successful this time. Mis is trying to get to the cage to help him get back to his feet.
Mis is breathing heavily.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Mis is bucking up trying to escape but Lassard cracks him with another couple of good strikes. Lassard tries to control but Mis wriggling away. Lassard is landing with some decent strikes but Mis is trying to advance his position so the referee is letting the fight continue. Lassard can't quite control the action as he would like just now, as Mis is looking to escape. Mis working to try and regain half guard.
Mis takes a big shot to the head but keeps on trying to improve his position. Lassard lands a nice shot to the head. Lassard lands a heavy elbow.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Mis taking shots to the head. Lassard trying to control but he's not successful this time. Lassard putting on the heat here with some good ground and pound! Mis is in a horrible position here. Lassard smacks him with another shot as he tries to escape the position.
BOOM! Lassard connects with a massive shot to the dome!
Mis is desperately trying to get back to half guard.
Lassard unloading with bombs! Lassard controlling his opponent. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Remy Lassard dominated that round. That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.
Mis misses with a takedown and Lassard counters by clinching up. Lassard content to slow the pace in the clinch.
Mis wants to break the clinch but can't.
Lassard has dropped down and is working for a takedown. Mis is trying to keep an underhook but Lassard manages to get the takedown into half guard. Lassard wants to lay and pray for a moment but Mis keeps working. Lassard looks towards his corner to check for any instructions. The corner give him nothing to work with, so he cracks Mis with a short hammerfist. I guess that's as good as any advice he could get in this position. Mis wants to improve his position but Lassard is controlling well.
Lassard stands up out of the half guard. Lassard misses with a body kick. Mis gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily and Lassard counters by moving into the clinch. Good anticipation by Lassard.
That's one minute gone in the round. Lassard landing knees to the body. They look like they could hurt.
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here. Mis drops down for a takedown but doesn't get it.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Sub Mis. That's going to take a lot out of him. Mis is fighting off a takedown attempt but Lassard is just too persistent for him and manages to trip Mis to the mat. Mis regains guard as soon as the fighters hit the mat. Mis keeping moving, preventing Lassard from controlling successfully. Lassard stands and steps away. Mis gets to his feet too and we're back to the striking game. Lassard is looking for a takedown here. He's shot in and has managed to get it, finishing up in Mis's half guard. Lassard is nestled in close to Mis, controlling him well. He's worked in a nice elbow to the side of the head as well, for good measure.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Lassard controlling the action here. Lassard stops Mis from getting back to his feet.
Lassard passes the half guard and he's now in mount! Big trouble for Mis! Lassard has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan. Lassard with the ground and pound from mount.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Lassard unloading with bombs! Mis really trying hard to get back to half guard here.
Mis wants to control but Lassard is having none of it. Mis is trying to stand. Mis is looking to get to half guard. Mis is trying to stand up. Lassard looking to ground and pound his opponent to a finish here.
Lassard scoring with some good ground and pound from mount here. Will he manage to finish Mis?
That's four minutes gone in the round. The crowd are starting to boo a lack of action. Mis wants to improve position but instead he's given up his back. Lassard working for the choke. Lassard misses with an elbow to the head. Lassard slows the pace down here. Having a little breather whilst he's in a dominant position, looking to rest and regain some energy, ready to go for the finish.
Mis is keeping busy.
Mis has the hand control, trying to stop the rear naked choke. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Remy Lassard showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. That's time! Mis's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight. The crowd applaud as we get ready to start the final round!
Lassard moves into the clinch successfully.
Lassard blocks an uppercut.
Lassard pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat. Lassard with poor footwork there. He got himself in a bit of a tangle, enabling Mis to score with a decent uppercut. Lassard has closed the distance and engaged Mis in a clinch.
Mis is trying to break the clinch but Lassard has him pressed against the cage. Mis with the Thai clinch. He's looking to land a big knee but he's not managed it this time.
Lassard works for the underhooks and manages to get a trip takedown into guard. Lassard gets to his feet. Mis looking to butt scoot but the ref puts an end to that. On your feet son! Mis with a lazy takedown attempt and Lassard moves into the clinch. Lassard gets the body lock takedown. After a quick scramble, Mis regains guard.
Mis keeping moving, preventing Lassard from controlling successfully. Both fighters are breathing heavily.
That's one minute gone in the round. Lassard might have to switch it up a bit here because his efforts to control Mis kaven't been going to plan, at least at the current moment in time.
That's two minutes gone in the round. There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.
Despite being in the dominant position, Remy Lassard just isn't active enough and the referee decides to stand the fighters back up. Mis shoots and misses and Lassard counters with a nice double leg into half guard. Lassard passes the half guard and he's now in mount! Big trouble for Mis! Mis is looking to improve his position but Lassard isn't that keen on the idea. Lassard avoids the attempt from Mis to control. Lassard looking to secure an arm triangle but Mis defends it well. Mis is desperately trying to get back to half guard.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Lassard gets to his feet and calls his opponent to stand. Here come the fireworks! Mis lands a jab, followed by a cross and another cross, as Lassard backs up against the cage.
Lassard looking to shoot here. He's gone for it and he's landed a takedown into mount! Oh, that's bad for Mis! Lassard is going oldschool here, as he tries to force Mis to tap using a forearm choke. This isn't 1993 though, so Mis shrugs it off. Lassard tries to control but Mis wriggling away.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Lassard controlling the pace for now. Lassard thuds his fist into the canvas! Oooouch!
Mis is trying to get to the cage to help him get back to his feet.
Lassard controlling his opponent. Mis wants to try and get back to his feet.
And that's the end of the fight! Remy Lassard comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. I've got Lassard winning every round here. Surely the decision will go his way and he'll pick up a well deserved decision victory. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
