Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Ryan Monk (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Vlad Krukiov (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Vlad Krukiov will no doubt be looking to use his reach advantage to good effect.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Ryan Monk! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
2 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Vlad Krukiov! The judges for this bout are Ian Loll, Robert Douchet and Steve Smith.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Krukiov shoots in for a takedown but Monk shows good takedown defense. Krukiov shoots in but Monk avoids the takedown attempt easily. Krukiov shoots in for a takedown! He's got it and he's managed to land in full mount! That's better than Krukiov was expecting from the takedown attempt, I'm sure! Krukiov is looking to secure an arm. He's managed it! He's pivoting for an armbar - that looks tight! But Monk has managed to get out of it and now he's in a dominant position. Nice work from Monk! Monk could do with loosing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely. Krukiov being controlled here, momentarily. Monk avoids a guillotine attempt easily.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Krukiov is looking for a triangle here but Monk uses the submission attempt to pass into side control.
Krukiov looks gassed! Monk in side control, just content to control the action for now. Krukiov is looking for a sweep.
That's one minute gone in the round. Monk taking a breather here. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Krukiov tries to improve position but can't. Krukiov takes a nasty elbow to the side of the head. Krukiov is looking to reverse the position. Monk working the ground and pound. Krukiov is looking to regain half guard here but Monk keeps moving and retains side control. A lull in the action here. Krukiov is positioning himself to get back to half guard.
That's two minutes gone in the round. A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd. Monk in side control, just content to control the action for now. Krukiov manages to get one leg in to regain half guard. Monk prevents Krukiov from improving his position. Krukiov looking for submissions from an awkward position here. Krukiov works his way to full guard. Good work. Krukiov has managed to work for a loose triangle. I think Monk should be able to defend this one pretty easily though. Oh, Krukiov has tightened it up now! Monk should have reacted faster there - he's in big trouble and yes, he's tapped out! This one is all over!
